Hotel Casa HX - Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Holbox Island. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and we loved it! The location is great, 5min walking distance from the Punta Cocos beach. This part of the island is more quite and less developed which is amazing. The food in the hotel was delicious, the staff extremely friendly. We had a cool room with a terrace with jacuzzi and nice views. I highly recommend this place!

The staff was excellent. Very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. My partner was vegan and the staff was more than helpful in making vegan pancakes for breakfast and had other options as well. The food was fantastic. In addition, the staff assisted us with activity bookings and offered to deliver food to you if you want to keep enjoying the beach. The room was so nice, right in front of the beach with an amazing pool right next to us.

Personnel were super friendly and extremely helpful! Bikes and single person Kayaks were available for free... Great view from the cabins... Cabin 4 was my favorite!! Other cabins are also awesome but 4 was much better than 6 or 7. Jose Antonio, Yoli, and Roberto are awesome! And I'm sorry to the cleaning ladies cause I didn't get their names but the rooms were impeccable.. even though I didn't get their names, I left the cleaning ladies their tips each day though! Overall this place was one of the most beautiful places I've been to!! Thanks Bacalar my love and staff!!
