Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi... The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Excellent service and perfect location. We travelled to KK to join Borneo Marathon. Enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean and feel very welcomed. Great service. Very near to the jetty for island hopping.

This residence is a gem, very clean and very nicely located. A lot of local food nearby. Hosts are just awesome, communication and check-in smooth and easy. Has all the amenities needed and a very comfortable bed. We stayed 2 nights in this place. We liked the place so much that opted for another 3 nights. Recommended.

Best place we’ve stayed at in Malaysia so far. Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

Although Sepilok is better to stay, but if there are no rooms available there in the price range you can afford, Hotel Prima location is much better than Sandakan city center - it is 15 min drive closer to Sepilok and the neighbourhood is so much better than the city center, more clean, safe, and quite.
