He assisted me to get the dinner on the first night after the long flight . The room was big and clean. I really love this pension.

Super service with good and tasty meals and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. As a family we had our Room service dinner outside on the veranda. We will stay there on our return journey as well. To the security that was on duty, thank you for patrolling on a regular basis, we appreciate it very much. ALL STAFF WE DELT WITH - YOU ALL ROCK. Fantastic location for our first night in Namibia. Surrounded by wildlife and supported by fabulous welcoming staff this is a special place to stay. We were on our honeymoon and the staff made us feel very special, the room and facilities were fantastic and the food was delicious. The Cheetah walk was also a once in a lifetime opportunity to interact with such beautiful animals. To open the curtains and see giraffe outside was perhaps lucky but unforgettable.

El Hotel Thule se encuentra en una ladera con magníficas vistas a la ciudad, a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Windhoek. Ofrece un bar restaurante. The staff was very friendly and take amazing care of their guests and are very welcoming. Felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was extraordinary and the chef that was on duty while I was there cooked some of the best meals I ever had. Wonderful view of the city and would def recommend the place and will come back for sure. Hands down the most welcoming and friendliest place I stayed.
