One of the best hotel experiences ever - and we have had many. Such a lovely, historical college building, beautiful decor, cleanliness and perfect customer service. A beautiful room and bathroom, lovely bed and linens. We also liked the continental breakfast a lot. I have celiac diseace and had yet a good choise. The breakfast hostess earns our special thaks. Location in the Arts Centre was great with shops a lovely restaurants and a cafe. Sadly the antiquities museum was closed Mon - Tue. Also the museum tram has its stop very close. Keep up the service-minded spirit. Thank you! ♥️🇫🇮

We received a lovely welcome dessert on arrival as it was our honeymoon; the room was fantastic in terms of facilities and overall quality/comfort; the nearby gym and complimentary on-site laundry were a great convenience; and the food in the restaurant was also great. Most importantly, the reception manager Abhishek saved our day by helping to defrost our car so we could get to the train station on time, and was good-humoured even while we were very stressed. A top-class hotel all round!

The room was perfect - so clean and comfortable, still retaining old world charm. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Excellent value for money.

We loved this hotel! Lovely spacious room overlooking a lush courtyard. Extremely comfortable bed, great shower and aircon. Very nice outdoor seating area for drinks and food. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and attentive. Plus a free shuttle is available to and from the airport. Totally recommend this hotel.
