The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

They brought a dog bed and water n food bowels for my dog. This was a nice touch but I had to pay for it… 30 soles extra was charged for my stay that I wasn’t happy about but receiving the dog bed for loan for the night made up for my disappointment. The breakfast was excellent!!!

Located in the Amazon rainforest, this hotel features tours to the jungle, a massage spa overlooking the Madre de Dios forest and rooms with hammocks and balconies. Everything! A magical hotel located in a magical place. The service was impeccable and everything is just so seamless, from the moment you arrive to your departure (they even printed our boarding cards without us asking and assisted our group to the airport in case there are any issues). The tours are excellent, food is delicious and our river lodge felt incredibly relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights, but I could easily stay a week! We were undecided between a cruise on the Amazon river and staying here, and so glad we chose Inkaterra. Seriously the best hotel I've been to, and I travel a lot.
