The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

The hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable. lots of area upstairs for relaxing outside of your room in a communal area. Great value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a dog bed and water n food bowels for my dog. This was a nice touch but I had to pay for it… 30 soles extra was charged for my stay that I wasn’t happy about but receiving the dog bed for loan for the night made up for my disappointment. The breakfast was excellent!!!

The manager was very nice and helpful. She helped to call a taxi and talked to the taxi driver to make sure that I am not over charged.

The service was impeccable and everything is just so seamless, from the moment you arrive to your departure (they even printed our boarding cards without us asking and assisted our group to the airport in case there are any issues). The tours are excellent, food is delicious and our river lodge felt incredibly relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights, but I could easily stay a week! We were undecided between a cruise on the Amazon river and staying here, and so glad we chose Inkaterra. Seriously the best hotel I've been to, and I travel a lot.
