Staff are so friendly and helpful, the cooked meals are huge enough for two meals. Swimming and location beautiful, accomodation spectacular views and Marie so insightful placed me at end bungalow. Ronnie organized the tours who picked me up at pontoon literally around the corner. The most memorable was taputapuatea Marae highlight and Faaroa river ride Havana tours uplifting nga taonga tuku iho o nga tupuna. Also Ta'aha tour Vanilla, Pearl and Rum farm and bonus snorkeling coral reef mama also whipped up a kete and potae for us to take home from coconut leaves. Hotel Opoa Beach położony jest 10 minut jazdy samochodem od kompleksu świątynnego Marae Taputapuatea i 20 minut jazdy samochodem od najgłębszej zatoki w Polinezji - Faaroa. Hospitality was great!!! The tahitian people were beautiful, friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was perfect and presentation was just stunning. Also had tahitian band/entertainment who were spectaculae. Maururu🌺🏝️

Perfect for sunrises. We ate at home every night so the kitchen is well equipped. The owner Johnny is very contactable, offers great local advice, does tours of the island (which we did and enjoyed) and he’s just a really nice guy. Would deffo stay here again.

Although it was quite rainy when we were in Raiatea, the place has an amazing view, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean! The suggestions for dinner were also great! However, let me thank Sandrine and Laurent, the hosts, they are exceptional! Our luggages did not arrive with us but only 3 days later (thank you AirFrance...) and although we did some shopping, we did not want to produce waste by buying additional stuff we do not really need as we had everything in our luggage. Thus, Sandrine gave us literally everything: t-shirts, pants, masks, fins, sea-shoes, everything! We really appreciated this help as we had the impression we were at friends' place and this was definitely a relief after a 27-hour flight and no luggage! Thank you a lot for your great help, we will always remember you!

This peaceful retreat boasts a large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views. Villa U'upa is situated just 10 minutes' from the heart of Uturoa and the ferry terminal. Guests enjoy free WiFi. The hosts are extremely nice, some of the best we’ve had yet. Christine helped us communicating with car rental companies and our tour guides, as we couldn’t make calls in French Polynesia. She had a list of all rental car companies on island and called every single one of them for us, as we couldn’t find a car or scooter available. So grateful! Thanks again, Christine. The rooms, pool, house, garden and surroundings look even better in reality than in the photos! Breakfast was yummy and the place was very clean and quiet! Only nature sounds around, especially that of u’upa, the yellow-footed green pigeon, where the villa name comes from. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Uturoa.

Just 80 metres from the Lagoon access to Sea view, La maison Du Voyage offers a relaxed tropical haven with free snorkelling equipment. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
