Such clean and cheap place. Pool was soo great. Breakfast is insane! We were not expecting this much. Staff is soo great. They provide everything. Taxi at the door. Any tour can be arranged at lobby. They always have smile face. You can ask them anything, they are happy to help.

You have a restaurant in the hotel where you can have breakfast. The staff is nice and very helpful. You can book your activities for the day at the reception and a tricycle will come to get you. You have really nice restaurants at 10/15 minutes walking. There is a nice spa/massage place really close to the hotel in a small street that we recommand ! If you have to go to the aiport, the reception arrange a shared van for you that will pick you at the hotel and go straight to the airport after collecting all the passengers.

Excellent, efficient and super friendly staff ( especially Norbert and Manilyn in the restaurant). Reception staff were also very helpful sympathetic and kind when my husband needed to go to the hospital. They arranged their private driver to ferry me/ us backwards and forwards. They also arranged for much needed provisions to be driven to us in the middle of the night. We will always be so grateful for this. Very simple to book quality boat tours in reception. We booked a room that had a swim out to a huge circular pool. It was wonderful to step literally into the pool from your bedroom. The live entertainment each night was also tasteful and good quality.
