We definitely enjoyed our stay! Especially the connection to the nature - chilling at the terrace in the presence of small green lizards, falling asleep with sounds of coquís (in the first night we thought it was a parrot!), cozy common areas with all the flowers- La Botanica is anything but an ordinary, dull and monotone hotel, it is a real hidden gem. We loved the outdoor shower, coffee and water in the lobby, friendly stuff and primarily the LOCATION! It’s just 150 meters to the beach, 10 minutes to the airport by taking UBER and it’s a real pleasure to go for a morning run just by leaving the house and run! No obstacles, no crossing any traffic, just join another runners on the street.

Wonderful experience, the people at the entrance and bar are wonderful, great service. Great Chardonnay. My room was quiet to the inside. Some guests could leave more quiet in the morning, without letting their suitcases jump down the stairs. However, rude guests are not a fault of the hotel. Good air-condition, but not needed at night because the hotel is well isolated (at least my room was). Hotel is located perfectly. BTW, I had 3 other places in Puerto Rico (traveled around the island) and these were disgusting.

Lovely location, very close to an exceptionally clean beach. Hotel staff are delightful, responsive and helpful. Hotel courtyards are intimate and charming.

Hyatt Place San Juan is located in the Convention District and offers a swimming pool with area for kids, a terrace and free WiFi throughout. Including breakfast was a plus because it helped us start the day off right. The ambience of the place was pleasing. We felt very comfortable. The receptionists were also helpful with any questions that we had. They called a taxi whenever we needed one, and the taxi services were prompt. The shuttle service was also available and on time.

Located on the outskirts of Bayamon, the Hyatt Place Bayamon offers an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a restaurant. Each stylish room has free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was good. Property is closer to the airport. Stuff is good. Close to mall so it was easy to go for food outside.
