The dining room was a great place for breakfast. There was a buffet but also waiter service. The reception was brilliant and very helpful indeed. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were outstanding. This hotel has to be seen to be believed! My stay in this wonderful hotel was faultless. The main reason for visiting Alba Iulia would be to see the great and historic Citadel. You could not be any closer to it than here!

We had a lovely one night stay here, the location is wonderful right in the centre of the citadel and was very easy to get to and park. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, very big with a comfortable bed with bathrobes and slippers provided. There was also a well stocked reasonably priced mini bar. We had a lovely bath in the room too. The hotel was very clean everywhere and breakfast was very good. We especially appreciated the same lady from reception explaining the Romanian dishes. Would definitely stay here again

Located in Alba Iulia and with Alba Iulia Citadel - The Third Gate reachable within 1.2 km, Casa cu Nuc GRILL&POOL provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free... The host was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. She stayed up very late to help us deal with laundry, even after our late arrival, all the while making us feel more like family than simple customers. The host's recommendations for dining and other eatery locations were spot on. The breakfast at this location was very good. The house itself shows a lot of taste and care for the smallest details for a comfortable, even longer stay, in a great location (a ten minute pleasant walk to the third gate of the Cetate/Citadel). Thank you for everything - we will gladly return at every opportunity!

Located in the heart of Transylvania, in Teleac, Theodora Golf Club is a modern golf resort of 62 ha, just 4 km from Alba Iulia. Amazing place, unexpected experience. We were here only one night between our racing stages ( Gumbalkan cheap car rallye ), but everything was awesome! Great food, accommodation and place. Price for service was very good.

Featuring an on-site spa, Hotel Cardinal is set in Vintu De Jos, 9 km from Sebeş and 14 km from Alba Carolina Citadel. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. We enjoyed the location very much, as well as the property itself. It has a huuuge garden to walk in, is very close to the Mures river, as well as the old fortified church and really a pleasure to wander. The building has been very nicely renovated, and the restaurant is fantastic with very good food. The staff is also very friendly and forthcoming

Location is awsome, the room was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help and to provide a perfect stay. Breakfast was delicios, fresh and very tasty. You can eat at their restaurant, the food looks and taste like in a top class restaurant. We already book a room for the next year! Congrats for the quality of services!

Located in Tău Bistra, on the Transalpina Road and right on the shore of Tau Bistra Lake, Hotel Popasul Regelui features a restaurant, an on-site grocery store and free WiFi access. Stayed for 1 night. Everything was fine. Restaurant, food and breakfast that is included in the price were nice.
