Everything was perfect for our family ( with 3 children ): hot pool outside with an extraordinary view, 2 saunas, playroom, cinema, good food. The people that work there are really involved in what they are doing. You must know Dana from the massage. Anything you will ask for regarding health, you will find out. We had a fireplace in the room. We will come back there as soon as possible. It is that kind of place that you must go to again and again.

Besides a warm greeting from our hostess the aroma from the kitchen was delightful. It was more like coming home to visit Buni than a stay at an inn. Both the restaurant area and our room were very clean and sufficiently met our needs. Attention to detail was evident every where. As well, our meals (dinner & breakfast) were exactly like something you would have at family visit. The papanasi was EXCELLENT and made directly there! They used sour cherries from their garden. At first bite the subtle delicious vanilla flavor came through. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area or looking for a place to eat if you’re a local. You will not be disappointed.

We've had a pleasant experience having booked two nights at Roser House -Colobita. First of all I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful and friendly as well as the hotel itself was very nice and clean, nothing to complain .The outside pool was amazing , we enjoyed it a lot. Another important aspect is that the SPA was absolutely fantastic, very clean and you could use it as much as you could as long as it was in the time schedule . Thanks and see you next time !

Having just escaped Ukraine I was brought to Bistrita to find comfort in Romania and see a new city. My life is difficult now. My things are in Ukraine. My life appears to be past now The room was amazing, modern and clean! Then on departure, front desk Manager" Laura" was supportive and friendly! She was sympathetic to my situation and offered options and recommendations for someone coming from Ukraine.... She connected me with a personal friend and trusted me to find someone who could help me and could have a conversation with me!! I found new acquaintances and can return to a place I can find comfort in! The breakfast was fresh, colorful and delightful! Service was wonderful! Centered in the heart of the historical district, I could go get coffee and walk to the park! I will return now as often as I can and recommend it to anyone traveling to Bistrita!! Please be nice to my friend Laura. She has given me new hope for my future?

We stopped here on our way to the north of the country and for one night it is a good place to stay. The location is good, the bed and rooms are big and the facilities are also good overall.
