Hotel acojedor y no tan explotado como otros, cama comodísima, personal encantador y media pensión riquísima merece mucho la pena! De la zona de khao lak de las mejores playas aunque de olas eso sí, pero puedes llegar a coconut beach en bici que es una maravilla, el propio hotel te alquila las bicis También tienen a disposición gratuita raquetas de playa, pelotas para voley y petanca Desayuno completo y muy rico

Habitaciones amplias, muy limpias. El personal encantador.la piscina es fantástica y las vistas a la playa justo delante espectaculares. En la misma calle hay varios restaurantes, una minitienda y puestos de masaje al aire libre.

We stayed in the deluxe room that was big and with a nice balcony. The pools are great and clean, there are plenty of pool bars and the main pool has an amazing ocean view. The breakfast was wonderful.

The pool and breakfast but most of all the staff. They were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their faces. Our cleaning lady, Noon, was fantastic and she always made sure we had enough water etc. She made some figures of the towels to put on bed. Lots of small things to make you feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and A/C worked fine.

The crew was extremely nice and attentive

We very much enjoyed every day of our stay. The spacious villa, the location, the beach, the daily yoga and the massages. Very friendly staff everywhere. They might not be fluent in English but you can always let them know what you need. We got everything we needed. Just ask for it. They go the extra mile.

Privacy spot, clean room and bed was comfortable, employees there always smile and did best welcome to us especially staff in the restaurant morning and afternoon .

Amazing property! Perfect for my purpose of the trip, I booked expecting to have a chill, beachside vacation with my mum. It’s suitable for older people and family. Price to performance ratio is good. Yes, it’s a bit old and don’t expect a five star service for the price paid, obviously. But staff is kind, rooms are adequate and everything was perfect. I will choose to stay again. There is also a beachside massage service from the hotel which was nice. Happy hour was great.

Definitely I would like to comeback here in the future 🙌 Besides the wonderful scenery here,best place to see the beautiful sunset,and the lovely kittens…as well as the kind,helpful staff. There's another thing that impresses me about this place. Me and my husband had a little car accident when we just arrived. (Thanks god it was just a mild accident and nothing serious) but we were super upset and in shock. So here it is,once again I would like to give a big thank you to the manager of the resort. He is the kindest,warmest and the most empathetic person in the world. Without him we would not have been able to communicate with the local police and solve all the problems in a few hours. If the manager can see my comment,me and my husband wishing you the best,and hope to see you again ~🤝🙌

The private pool villa was amazing with a very nice beach steps away. The breakfast buffet was very good as well and all of the staff were very friendly

1 of the best resorts in khao lak. Beatifull surroundings in the nature. Lovely rooms. Nice pools and quiet beach. Food and service great. Staff was helpfull and friedly.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was our first stop in Thailand. We loved the location, right on the beach, and the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was really wonderful, food was delicious. Would love to come back!

The Kao Lak The Sands is a real gem. Everything had been stunning, from the room, room facilities, to the staff and all the resort facilities such as swimming pool, kids park, beach front sunlounges, bars and restaurants. The care they put in all the aspects of the resort are unbelievable. The breakfast was amazing, and also the restaurants inside, I tried the one of fish close to the beach and was lovely.

I loved the openness of the pool! The room was very large too and situated next to the private pool next to the bay wing rooms.

Our second time there. We love it. Everything was very nice. We would just recommend keeping the doors closed to keep the mosquitos out. We had do chase a dozen of mosquitos our first night.

Words can’t sum up how gorgeous this place is! We’ve been in Thailand for 3 months now and this is the best resort we have stayed at. Some things to mention that made our stay exceptional: - Kayaking and seeing the nature and elephants 🐘 for free! - The best breakfast you’ll find at a resort - The best fitness facilities including Thai boxing and fitness classes - a private beach that has the most incredible sunsets - we asked for a room near the lake as it’s more peaceful and we weren’t disappointed. - all the staff are genuinely so friendly - the watermelon smoothie from their on site cafe is out of this world and served with a smile

The hotel was beautiful, the room was great with outdoor bath. The hotel provided complimentary aromatic bath which was very romantic :) The stuff provided their Whatsapp number and were very responsive to every request. Breakfast was varied.
