The place is amazing, gorgeous setting, great gardens. Beautiful rooms. We had a two bed suite that was perfect for the six of us. Swim up room makes everything seem easier too. The breakfast never got boring, we were still finding new things on our last day. We opted for full board which I regret. Too much food! The staff are attentive and lovely. Everything you ask is responded to immediately and with real care. For example when I asked about nuts for my daughters allergies the head chef came out to speak to me personally. Everyone is just so professional and lovely. I’ll be thinking of meandering around that pool for many years to come. I hope we can come back soon!

Service was outstanding: the women working here are super friendly, sweet, hard working and no request is too much for them. We got laundry done for free (done very quick) and a free drop off to bus station. Breakfast was healthy and abundant and for a very early (early bird) tour we got a breakfast box to go on our request. Last but not least the beds were the most comfortable we've had in 5 weeks of traveling. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and friendly staff that immediately solves any issues we had, like the clogged drain in the shower. I’ve just mentioned it ones and 30 minutes later everything was well done! Absolutely worth it to stay!!!

The hotel has only been ‘soft’ open for a few days and although the reception area was not completed, this in no way detracted from the great beachside location. Our pool villa was full of light, with contemporary furnishings and a super comfortable bed. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and always helpful, although a little more English would be perfect. We shall be back for longer next time

A beautiful Beach front -full serviced -Resort hotel with full amenities. The Villas were spacious with balcony. Breakfast buffet had Egg and noodle station, with fresh fruit, fruit juices and cold and hot breakfast buffet offerings. Besides the vast beach area the hotel also have a huge swimming pool. restaurant food was tasty and priced reasonably. Excellent service. Overall great value for money

This was 3rd stay at the property and every time I have stayed I have been blown away by the outstanding service from the staff. They are all super friendly, extremely attentive and deliver an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a fantastic area where you have several really good bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep and a beautiful beach as part of the hotel. The hotel is also really close if you’re going to Similan or Surin Islands of which I’ve gone both several times and you’re always the last to get collected in the morning and the first to be dropped off when you finish. In a nutshell if you’re going to Khao Lak this should be your choice for accommodation!
