I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. Este hotel se encuentra a pocos pasos del lago Van y ofrece vistas preciosas al lago e interiores de lujo. well managed hotel with great facilities, one of the best hotel I have ever been in. the staff is extremely helpful with everything we needed. the food is amazing as well as the SPA center. I would strongly recommend to any type of traveler.

REFORM OTEl, que cuenta con restaurante, bar y vistas a la ciudad, se encuentra en Van, a 17 min a pie de Van Museum. Caminando a un par de minutos del centro. Personal no habla mucho inglés pero nos pudimos apañar aún así, eran muy agradables y simpáticos. Desayuno excelente.
