The location of the property is fairly central with the strip/casinos nearby. The rooms have nice finishes with the balcony tub being a nice touch. Maggie’s restaurant for brunch is a must, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We look forward to coming back.

Black Bear Lodge is situated in South Lake Tahoe, roughly 0.8 km from the lake and 1.6 km from The Gondola at Heavenly. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Amazing cabin and the lobby itself etc all very nice. Comfortable bed. Woke up to snowfall on my birthday which made it extra magical. If in area again definitely would make sure I stay here again. Nice little touches in cabin also like chocolate and essential oils etc

The Coachman Hotel is set in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Warm and feeling welcome here. Good choice for people who would like or not like to ski. I enjoy the comfort lobby and could always found a small place with nice wifi connection for vibing alone. They provided simple but nice meals for those who doesn't want to go out, there are several good restaurants near by tho. There is a kettle for heating up water in the room, also some good coffee and tea bags. Showers are nice and water is hot enough. Also they provided big one hairdryer so it's easy to get long hair dry in a short minutes.
