Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. Breakfast was good, dinner excellent and the rooms were excellent. The transportation was excellent to and from the bus station with excellent staff welcome. Hoping to go back for next stay.

AVANI Victoria Falls Resort is located in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. The property features a garden, as well as a terrace. The property is beautiful and spacious with great facilities. We went for a weekend for my 43rd birthday and we had a fabulous time. The staff were very attentive, the evening entertainment (a local singer) was exceptional and a lot of fun. It is so close to the Falls we took a few trips over the weekend. Finally the wild animals roaming around (giraffe, zebras, impala and the baboons at the Falls) were mind blowing. Also the small shop on the hotel property was reasonably priced with a very attentive woman running it.

Protea Hotel by Marriott Livingstone in Livingstone has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property features a terrace, as well as a bar. This hotel is wonderful. Its pools and ambiance were so good. The bar was a relaxing place to have an odd beer or six!!!! The Dining area was a pleasure and the staff there was so friendly. All the staff were friendly as well, the reception people, the cleaning staff as well as the maintenance folk. They all had a smile for you and a few nice words. Our room was very nice and well looked after, and the laundry service was excellent I don’t want to stay there again, I want to live there!!! The very best hotel we have ever stayed at
