Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. Very good customer service. Good restaurant and nice pool area. The shuttle from the Zimbabwean border to the hotel and back to the border was well organized.

AVANI Victoria Falls Resort is located in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. The property features a garden, as well as a terrace. The property is beautiful and spacious with great facilities. We went for a weekend for my 43rd birthday and we had a fabulous time. The staff were very attentive, the evening entertainment (a local singer) was exceptional and a lot of fun. It is so close to the Falls we took a few trips over the weekend. Finally the wild animals roaming around (giraffe, zebras, impala and the baboons at the Falls) were mind blowing. Also the small shop on the hotel property was reasonably priced with a very attentive woman running it.

Protea Hotel by Marriott Livingstone in Livingstone has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property features a terrace, as well as a bar. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were great. Specifically the beds were so comfortable that we enjoyed our sleep here very thoroughly.

I loved my stay at Okavango Lodge. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable. There is a lovely garden where I had my dinner and breakfast (delicious).
