We came to celebrate and the stuff we’re friendly and welcoming, helped us with everything we needed! The place is very relaxing and make you feel fancy. I loved the options of the different restaurants. The spa is amazing We took the suit and we had an amazing time beautiful view. They spoiled us with desserts and champagne. The bed is amazing and comfortable Thank you very much for everything we are definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is awesome. Surrounded by nature, with some Little pools with hot Springs, so you can be alone there, they have another normal pool and two restaurants, one informal and other formal where you take the breakfast. The volcano is just in front so the View is fantastic. I went to a horseriding tour through the Forest and Arenal River and a long walk to the volcano.
