This beautiful quiet place with comfortable Couch, TV, nice terrace and birds coming by to say good Morning every day. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Good equipped supermarket "Cazou" near by in Santa Maria by taxi for 4€. Beautiful Melia resort / pools with nice staff and reasonable prices for drinks / eat a la carte is good if wished from time to time. Nearby tropical garden Vivero is extremely beautiful to visit. Also beaches nearby. Golf course nearby. Green Fee around 100 € + Equipment to rent. I relaxed alot there. Santa Maria town is beautiful with dream beaches and locations for eat and drink for 4€ by taxi / 5€ later at night. Fresh meat is exceptional tasty good by CV animals at Cazou supermarket. No factory farming at Cabo Verde.

A lovely place to stay, and was perfect for a single traveler. A good room overlooking the pool but always quiet. Restaurants were excellent and the food impressive. Very helpful staff and cheerful service. Lots of different places to go whether you like relaxing, being on a beach drinking in the shade, swimming, gym - it was all there. Very generous cocktails!

One of the best stays in Sal!! Unbeatable view!! The deck overlooks the beach and allows for a sunset observation through the palms :) As for the apartment, the wifi was stable and strong, and the AC in the bedroom was great :) We loved how easy it was to get around; walk down the stairs and you're at the beach or on the main shopping street! It was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central spot! The bed was totally comfy and a classic Cape Verde spring mattress. There was another small twin bed in the living room which was a lot more springy, but still ok for sleeping. But by far the value for the that view and location is untouchable. The kitchen at the restaurant downstairs let us use plates and forks for cooking in the apt :) Shower was warm with good water pressure.

The apartment itself was great and extremely conveniently located few meters from one of the pools, just across it and when i sat on the patio, it was a beautiful view🤩It had all the amenities we needed, mosquito nets that were extra, Gery the owner, was very kind and supplied us with milk, bread and butter to begin with, as well as all the information needed for us to have a nice holiday. The resort is huge, with 7 pools, including children's with slides and fun features, a water park(that I'm not sure if it was open because when we went it was lunchtime, but the slides were dry like they have not been used and there was noone there), few restaurants with different cuisine, shops, the beach was nice too and right next to it was Bikini Beach that is a pool with restaurant during the day and a club overnight, buggies to take you around on request, free bus to Santa Maria(€4/5 taxi ride, or 30min walk), a shop 10min away in Vila Verde, children's disco and night shows. There is a small gym too, a Spa that you pay for. All in all - would recommend as a place in the sun to relax👌
