I was honoured to be served by the restaurants team Ms. Rosana Damas, Carlos, Fernando Jimenez and Chef Rafael Perez. My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

Our stay at Serenade was our best holiday ever!! We struggled to say goodbye to this place and this country. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning: the facilities, the food, the people, the guests, the staff. I have never met or seen better and more engaging staff in my life. You have everything you need in this resort and much more. The Buffet has amazing selection of food which is inclusive of various diets. Their everyday entertainment programs are out of this world. Big shoutout to the best entertainment team ever, especially MADELINE and ANIBAL! There were many others leading the entertainment program with them, which we unfortunately didn’t remember names of, but nonetheless, the greatest. Big shoutout to FRANCISCO our favorite waiter in the buffet. We will miss you guys so much, thank you for making us so happy. ❤️
