The greatest service from Mr. Muhammad Al-Shimi, Ms.passent, and Ms. Nardin . They were cheerful and amiable. The best part about the hotel is the guys and girls at reception in general. It's a fantastic hotel with everything, I wish I could stay there all the time.

this is my first time stayed in Hilton Pyramids . it is very good with private swimming pool and golf view. room is clean. staff are good, especially Nada . I lost my AirPods close to the swimming pool, they help me to find it and give to until I came back at 12pm.
