El Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma es un complejo elegante y lujoso que ofrece alojamiento en régimen de media pensión así como una amplia experiencia de lujo en régimen de todo incluido. One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Impression is from the very first minute top level. Everything is new, fresh and clean. I would recommend the all inclusive. It gives great value if you plan to eat 3 meals or more per day. Also Saad in the front desk made an extra effort to make the stay as good as possible, many thanks.

El Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle (Adults Only) se encuentra en Hurghada y ofrece alojamientos solo para adultos con centro de fitness, bar y jardín. Top Hotel, top Service We loved the breakfast (poached eggs, lokal food like delicious humus). Also the reception is on top international level. We stayed 2 enjoyable nights in a lovely swim up suite. Nicely decorated, modern design, easy luxury atmosphere. If something was missing, then a spa with sauna within the hotel facilities. The music at the pool could be more discreet at least in the morning hours. However, a top notch hotel in Hurghada.

Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and kindness exhibited by every member of your team especially Mr. Abanof who was always taken the initiative to make us happy. Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Todo muy bien, el hotel no estaba muy lleno, pero todas las instalaciones funcionaban. La gente es muy amable y solucionaron todos los problemas que tuvimos (que no fueron muchos). Excelente opción para familias con niños. Además hay un centro de buceo muy cercano (y bueno) y el hotel tiene acceso a un muelle para practicar snorkel.

We made our reservation as a privilage class of Sunrise Hotels. Posh Club. I should mention about that first of all. Before we arrived, our personal asistant Mina get in contact with me. Asked for all details and our demands. Arranged transfer from airport. Accommodated us in a beatiful villa with private pool just near the sea. It is not finished at there, he tried to make our vacation unforgettable during whole our stay. He cared with us better than our own. Made arrangements for a la carte's, gave advices... He was always far to us just one step. But i shouldn't forgot the other Posh Club Team. Shahenda, Khalil, Sayed.. Sorry for the other i couldn't remembered their names. We were like a guest at their homes. We never felt like a customer. Finally i want to mention about the last night before we left. It was my wifes birthday. They decorated our table , arranged us a surprise party. We danced together, sang together. Whole night they were near to us , we felt like we are in a big party with our friends. I send our greetings to all of them from here again and again. Yes Hotel is nice , meals are nice, activities shows are nice but if i would come to Crystal Bay again, The main reason will be that the great hospitability of that team. Kind Regards

Este complejo de 5 estrellas, situado en el centro de Hurghada, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y balcón privado. En cuánto a la comida, las cenas incluían muchas opciones vegetarianas (que para mí era importante) además de la sección de parrillas (con carne) siempre disponibles,. Me encantó que había 3 piscinas, una para adultos, una para niños y otra que era "silenciosa", el diferenciar ambientes fue esencial para elegir dónde querías estar o de qué forma querías pasar tu tarde. La playa privada sin duda es un plus, el atardecer allí se veía divino. La habitación fue exactamente la que vimos en la foto, cómoda, amplia, con buen servicio.
