The experience at Lyttos Mare was fantastic! The entire staff was always available and professional from the very beginning. The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! In conclusion, I would like to thank the entire staff at Lyttos Mare for showing exceptional dedication in their work. I highly recommend this facility! Stefano & Amélie

O Abaton Island Resort & Spa está situado em uma localização deslumbrante em Hersonissos. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Everything was exceptional, the staff, the facilities, the food. Upon arrival the reception was very friendly and helpful and made us feel more than welcome. Our room was wonderful and was kept very clean and perfect throughout our entire stay. We had dinner at all of the restaurants, and we could not have been more delighted. The food was exceptional (although it was a bit on the pricier side) and the staff was more than courteous. We also ordered room service a few times and the staff there were great as well!

A amabilidade dos funcionários para com o cuidado em atender as nossas intolerâncias alimentares (gluten e lactose). Gostei da disponibilidade de ofertas sem gluten e sem lactose nas principais refeições.

Situado em Adelianos Kampos, a 200 metros da Praia Adelianos Kampos, o Amira Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only oferece acomodações com academia, estacionamento privativo gratuito, jardim e lounge... I don't say this lightly. Without a doubt, the BEST hotel i have ever stayed in Europe. The staff, the food and rooms were beautiful. I can't recommend enough

Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa localiza-se em Elounda, a 4 minutos a pé de Praia de Plaka, e fornece acomodações com uma piscina exterior sazonal, estacionamento privado gratuito, um centro de fitness e... We stayed at Cayo during our honeymoon and amongst a number of gems we discovered during the trip, this was the place we NEVER wanted to leave!! The resort itself is gorgeous. Someone designed the place with attention to architectural and structural detail that I can't even begin to describe-- from the funicular that travels up the hill, to the way rooms are arranged to show neat architectural angles with a view of the bay and the sea, each detail is perfect. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and modern, and thoughtfully designed to flow. You wake up and look out your window beyond your private pool to a gorgeous view of the sea. Vacation mode, ON! The staff were really helpful with everything prior to our visit, communicating via Booking.com and email. They helped us book transportation to and from the airport, and we were able to rent a car at the resort in order to explore the eastern half of Crete more (highly recommend renting a car) and visit Knossos. It was extra sweet to meet Nikoleta in person when we arrived, after exchanging emails! While we were there, each person we met was incredibly friendly and genuinely kind. We had dinner at Kelari one night and it was a lovely experience. Food and service were perfect. Breakfast, which is included, is a fresh, delicious, Greek buffet situation. Overall, if you're considering-- GO! We are already scheming how we can return. Maybe to celebrate our first anniversary :)

The beachfront Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay, with its two private sandy beaches, exemplifies the unparalleled value of authentic Cretan hospitality. Beautiful private beach and gorgeous pool. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and they brought me a surprise birthday cake up, completely free of charge and without my partner even having to order it.
