Friendly and helpful staff who greeted you with a smile whenever you met. Hi light was spotting dolphins from pool terrace. So sorry to leave.

It's in a peaceful spot with stunning ocean views, perfect for starting your day right. The breakfast has lots of tasty options, including local favorites. The staff are really kind and helpful. They let us check in early at 10:00 am and check out late. The spa isn't huge, but it's a great way to unwind after exploring the island. Overall, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at, fitting in perfectly with Sao Miguel's natural beauty.

Este complejo lujoso con vistas al océano Atlántico se encuentra en la isla de São Miguel y ofrece acceso directo a la playa de Baia de Água d’Alto. The staff were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond. They always remembered me, and my room number, and were helpful in finding taxis, and accepting my delayed suitcase. One time housekeeping didnt come in because I had left the do not disturb sign, and they slipped a card in the room saying they had come by. I really appreciated that! You know they didnt just forget. The food was good, and there was a lot of variety, something different every time. I also enjoyed walked around on the grounds, the beach, and used the pool (though only breifly!) I also enjoyed a massage treatment, which they helped me book! I will be back.
