Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaLocated close to Southern Cross station, was very convenient. A dearth of restaurants in the vicinity meant either pizza or a kebab. I decided to eat at restaurant 1903, which is attached to the hotel. Very disappointing meal, and to be advised halfway through my meal, "we are closing in 15 minutes" as a way of giving me the hurry-up. Breakfast the next morning, which was a $15 extra, was extremely disappointing as well. Probably the worst bacon I've eaten. Stay at the hotel, just eat out

AustraliaNot much to write here. I did notice the internet reception in my room was weak and slow at times. It could have been my own internet connection as I didn't really use the hotel wi-fi.
I really liked the room. It was a good size and had everything I needed for my stay. Upon arriving the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also ate at the restaurant and the service was excellent and the food was delicious.

The staff are lovely and the process for check in, check out and access to parking were fantastic. A great budget stay.

AustraliaWe were very happy overall. Mattresses were firm (which we like) but could feel the springs just a tiny bit. We should have asked if toppers were available. Still slept pretty well. Would definitely stay there again.
We were really happy with this hotel - such great value (we got a good deal on our unserviced family room - $540 for 3 nights). It was better than we expected at that price point. And better than the one photo suggested! It would be good to add a bathroom photo - it was clean and spacious and had a great shower. It's hard to find hotels that offer a king bed and two singles - this was perfect for our family. The room was big and fairly newly renovated. Good wardrobe - lots of hanging space for coats. Handy to have a small table and 4 chairs, and the microwave was a surprise. Kids were also impressed with the complimentary 2-minute noodles! :-) Staff were all very helpful/polite. Awesome location, very close to free trams, train station and Marvel Station. Didn't try their restaurant, but they do a $15 hot plate breakfast until 9.30am and also have a happy hour from 5-7pm ($5 house wine, $7 chips, $15 pizza, etc). We would stay again.
