I had a seamless check in with the lovely lady who made sure I had all the information about everything I could do in and around the accommodation. Initially I had booked for 1 night coz it looked so good on paper that it sounded too good to be true. Lo and behold I was transported to a perfect place I felt like I was in a private island but I was still in the city. I had to check out because it was fully booked for me to extent, I stayed at Teratai villa (another Ini Vie masterpiece) while waiting for availability again at Canggu Cabana as soon as there was an opening I went back for my final night in Bali and Giri sure made it worth it for me. Giri thank you for the finishing touches, the floating breakfast and the flower bath and the little gift ❤️. I will stay in this accommodation for sure in the near future. All my love, Wendy.”

  The staff are friendly and helpful. John, the one we met when we checked-in, shared lots of helpful information about the local area which made our trip quite efficient and memorable. Breakfast is inclusive and it is exceptionally good. The complimentary cake is also super delicious. The room is clean and cozy. Good amenities. They are quite generous with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Lots of different options or flavours for tea bags and coffee including decaf. All are fair trade products which I am really impressed. Very good value for money. Located in a short walking distance from town centre.

  Absolutely stunning hotel with a fascinating history. We were upgraded for free to the Lily Langtry suite which was one of the most beautiful suite we’ve stayed in. Period furniture beautifully curved doors, exquisite four poster bed. The bathroom is huge with black and white decor. Staff attentive and just amazing; especially at breakfast. Superb impeccable service throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely return again.

  A shame the hot water tap didn’t work in the bath; that was the only minus as didn’t get the chance to have a soak in the beautiful bath.

  The property was very nicely furnished, it looked relatively new and was in good condition. The heating worked well and the apartment wasn’t too loud the location was convenient aswell the amenities such as the washing/dryer was immaculate, they worked perfectly the fridge was clean and so was the bedrooms.

  Upon arrival I went to inspect the property as I am very careful when it comes to hygiene, when I went to the toilet I had found faeces in the toilet along with toilet roll floating in the toilet, now I am not unreasonable I do know that it does not pose any risk but I did find it rather disgusting to clean someone else’s faeces, would not recommend🤣, in the description it says everything is cleaned before hand but I also found hair in the shower and on the floor, beside the bathroom the apartment was in standard clean conditions, another issue I ran into was the internet connection for some odd reason my wifi was not working thankfully the host gave me another internet option that worked just fine!🙏🏼 I do have picture but I don’t think it’s nice to look at other people excretion so I won’t be sharing them 💀💀
