- Absolutely great location - the town has a lot of restaurants, cafes a small shop and is well connected by train and bus. The apartment house is located very close to some interesting locations ( public pool, a little natural park, a forest walk that goes directly to one of the cable car stations.) - Very responsive host, however they are remote, so their ability to help in case of trouble is somewhat limited. - The kitchen is well equipped. - Free parking right at the entrance.

- The mattress on the bed in the living room is really bad - you can feel the springs pushing into your back. - The toilet is placed absurdly high - I'm 185 cm and I had to balance on the tips of my toes or put something under my feet when sitting on it. - The cleanliness could be improved ( it was not well vacuum-cleaned and some utensils were not cleaned properly ). - Whoever is taking care of the property locally is not very responsive. We didn't need a child-chair, we were told it's going to be picked at a certain time. It was not. Then we were told to leave it outside of the apartment. It was there for 3 or 4 days, nobody picked it until we departed. - The building has a pool, but it is out of order.

Great for 🐕 dogs. Business room booked but received family room so disappointed. Shower over bath not what expected as not good for our 65 plus ages. No sofa to sit as per room description or walk in shower. View of roof only in room 166 so disappointed 😞. Pool not open in morning so disappointed. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was good. A shame toaster was broken. The service was excellent.

Arrived by train. Short walk from train to hotel reception - check-in allowed 3 hours early (no charge) since room was ready. Comfortable clean room & bath, good wifi. Location within easy, short, indoor walkway to Frankfurt Terminal 1 Airport. Time from leaving my hotel room to arriving at my flight's departure gate took 30 minutes including bag check, passport control, & security.

Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Staff all helpful and great English. 24 hour desk too so coming back late wasn't an issue.

The rooms can be noisy depending on the other guests. A lady in our dorm opened the windows each morning at 7am and opened the curtains which was a bit much.. but I guess that's the nature of a hostel!

It is a family owned hotel, so it has great history. It is a cute hotel but very basic.

The room did not have any air condition even though we were there on a very hot day. Had to sweat the whole night even with the windows open. The room was very basic. The towels looked like rags and not nice at all. Rooms didn’t have a boiler for tea/coffee The hotel didn’t have an elevator (we were travelling the senior citizens) Could hear people go in and out of their rooms There were bugs in the room because we had to keep the window open. It is okay if you’re looking for a one night stay that is (sort of) cheap with basic facilities and no frills.
