Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very nice, even helping us practice our German instead of defaulting to English when they heard our accents. Location was close to tram line to city center and also very close to the music venue we were attending.

The cleaning staff is noisy in the morning and they opened the door twice early in the morning to clean our room (the check out was just at 11am).

The hotel is well located, close to the shopping mall, bus stop, train station and some restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent - one of the best I've had while traveling in Europe. The cleanliness of the room and property was exceptional. The hotel was co-located with both a restaurant and a small grocery store which made for convenient shopping.

As with many/most smaller European hotels there was a lack of in room tea/coffee making facilities

Attractive, quiet suburban location but with nearby train link to city centre. Free off-street parking and easy 'out of hours access' (with clear directions from host). Very clean, with good sized room. Extremely friendly and helpful hostess who provided an excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The shower was very small. We had to leave really early and on the weekend the breakfast starts at 8 am. No open bakery on Sunday in the area.

The bed were comfortable, the hotel was close to the tram station and a big shopping center. The area was quiet. There was a grocery store at the corner. If you arrive early enough, there are parking spots available. The staff was very friendly.

We booked a room with a single 2 person bed, we were given a room with 2 single beds at first. Luckily there was another room available. Both rooms could use a bit more ventilation and an updated interior (style). Regardless, perfect for just 1 night or (long) weekend.

As many said already, the breakfast is the best I've ever had in any hotel. It is absolutely worth your money! The staff is also really nice and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel, with an opulent and old-fashioned charm. Located in the east side of the city, close to the last metro station, in a pleasant and peaceful area. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is high quality. I had a room with a view of the shadowed garden, which was particularly enjoyable.

Basic but comfortable. Good parking facilities. Very close - 5 min walk - to train (Enkheim) which can take you to Dom Romer region of central Frankfurt in 14 mins (a day ticket is €5-6). Supermarket around corner and large mall 8mins walk, near train station.

The room did not have any air condition even though we were there on a very hot day. Had to sweat the whole night even with the windows open. The room was very basic. The towels looked like rags and not nice at all. Rooms didn’t have a boiler for tea/coffee The hotel didn’t have an elevator (we were travelling the senior citizens) Could hear people go in and out of their rooms There were bugs in the room because we had to keep the window open. It is okay if you’re looking for a one night stay that is (sort of) cheap with basic facilities and no frills.

It is a family owned hotel, so it has great history. It is a cute hotel but very basic.

Love staying at this hotel when visiting Frankfurt for concerts. It is super close to Batschkapp, location is very nice, rooms are huge, bed very comfortable, Wifi is super fast and the hotel staff is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The cleaning stuff wanted to clean my room 8:50 am! She found I was in the room, and she came half an hour later again. Too early, too disturbing. The day of my check out, The check out time was 11:00. the cleaning stuff knocked at my door 10:40 when I was still packing. Very unpleasant on their cleaning schedule.

From reception to check out, the staff has been brilliant. I had the cheapest room which was so spacious with a single bed, a sofa, a big desk with tv, a chair, wardrobe, toilet and shower. The $10 breakfast is definitely a great deal with a buffet that offers absolutely everything.

Able to check-in after hours easily. Near public transportation. Breakfast was very good. Had a familial feel. Nice walk up the hill to Alt Enkheim and nearby outdoor pool - Riedbad - were great fresh air opportunities.
