The employees working at the reception desk of the building were extremely unhelpful and very rude. We asked for early check in and our room wasn’t ready, so we asked to leave the bags and we would come back later. They wouldn’t let us. Also wouldn’t let us use phone or connect to wifi (as we had no local sim). Same problem on check out, charged us to keep the bags for 4 hours when there was a trolley in the lobby and lots of space for them to be safely kept for the few hours. We had paid enough to stay there, thought having to pay extra to keep bags was disappointing. Expected there would be no problem leaving the bags for a while without extra charge would be normal custom. Situation made worse by rude receptionists.

The windows are not opened. There was bad smell in the room. There was not tea in the room. Breakfast was poor.
