Almost all of the staff in the reception were inexperienced. Whatever I ask about the hotel, or about the Abu Dhabi, I could not get any proper answer. Hotel and cleanliness were good but the staff were not represent the hotel.

The bed was so comfortable! The airconditioning worked very well, outside was very hot!

View from the rear isn’t great but I wasn’t spending much time in the room during the day (alas there were no “smoking” rooms available).

Very central on Abu Dhabi island, close to AD mall and Salam Street. Room size good with large bathroom.

The bed was not comfortable, when I reached the hotel they gave me room with two separate bed while my booking is double bed room. There was no gym as shown in the booking. Com photos.

1. AC Not working effectively during night 2. Trying to call to receptionist and housekeeping crew by Intercom phone no one picked call. 3. Emergency phone not available in bathroom incase of emergency like door locks or water stopage. 4. Bathing room very small.

The toilet could be better as there were holes in the shower taps, but it was clean.

Good place if you have a long layover in Abu Dhabi. The room was correct and clean.

It would have been helpful if we were told about the apparently ‘just for residents’ parking in front of the hotel. We got fined for it. We thought it’s paid parking so we just paid the parking fee but we were told by the inspector no parking there.

The facility is a bit old. The keys did not work on the second day. What I disliked the most was the WiFi experience, where it is limited to 3 devices only per room.

Great value in comparison to other nearby hotels. The views are good. The neighbourhood is nice and in Abu Dhabi downtown. The room size is good. It is close to Abu Dhabi Mall and the staff are nice people.

The noise outside the room ,it's my second time here I feel like there is construction going on..there is no Room.service. Over all Amazing 👏 🤩

We love the staff at the reception especially Name Marah, she always greeted us with a genuine smile And she's polite. She did an Amazing job infront of reception thats suits her as she has an Amazing Smile.The best thing here is you can check out late till 2pm.Housekeeping Team did A great Job. Room is clean and tidy.

regarding for the extra water with payment..because the 2 water is not enough for 2 person also some facility like coffee and soup and shampoo..no slipper also. Every is good except the facility.. But thank u again

Location is nice because 5 mins to walk in supermarket and mall also near to all bar and restaurant ...friend staff and thank to give us late check out. And nice room and relax

A little outdated hotel, but as we stayed there managment started with a upgrading program. However, the service and friendly staff is fantastic. We loved it very much and strongly recommend this hotel. Special with the location, close to plenty restaurants and the Abu Dhabi shopping mall is 5 minutes walk away.
