Positive section of review
What an amazing place! Incredible view on the lake from a private balcony, bike rental and nice paths to the city Leba, really well equipped kitchen, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and thought-through interior, plenty of toys for children inside and outside. We stayed here one night longer than planned because we liked it so much. Coming by car is definitely recommended to get to Leba with many shops and restaurants.

Location was excellent, short walking distance to old town or main train station. Shopping mall in main train station was just 3 minutes walk. All you need was near you. My small hotel room had refrigerator, hair dryer and private shower. Window was facing a quiet car park / back yard garden view, quiet but sometimes with beautiful bird songs.

My elbow always collide to shower sliding door. Toilet installed with small restroom sink was difficult to use. It should be designed with shower curtains for such small private bathroom for more ussib

Everything was great, they had a hair dryer, an iron, kitchen utensils that you could cook yourself in the apartment. But the sheets were not clean enough, there were stains on them and the floor was also dirty, you can tell when you walk around with white socks. Also, one of the glasses had someone's lipstick stains on it.😐

Excellent location, in the city centre. Within walking distance of everything. Pleasant, comfortable and warm experiences after visiting these apartments. Cool design, everything you need is in the room, in excellent quality and unique format. You have to go once to see it all. ;)

During the day the location is great. A lot of things that were listed in the comments as problematic seem to have been resolved. Great food options right outside the door.

This is a flat that is maybe suitable for students who can sleep in any conditions, but for us spending a week in there was really uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe at all as the apartment was a walk-in straight from the street and with wobbly door. The level of noise in the night is ridiculous too. Of course this it to be somewhat expected when sleeping on the Old Market Square, but the old windows and see-through under the door didn’t isolate the noise at all. Everything inside is old and dirty, and poorly equipped. Kitchen has very limited (and dirty) cutlery. Cobwebs in the door and room corners. Ants in the flat. I don’t even want to think about what we found under the couch when we had to fish something we dropped from under there. Never again.

The apartment shares an entrance with a swingers club so all sorts of people around at all hours. It was too hot. A storage heater was on full when we arrived. Even turning it off left the apartment way too hot. The bedroom is 1.2m tall. You have to crawl in to bed. The bathroom is small. Also has a washing machine in it which means you can’t sit on the toilet easily. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1. Communication with the rental company was very poor. They started messaging in Polish when it got difficult.

For 4 star hotel I expect having much more comfortable room and also the facilities in the room was not good at all , there were no fridge no water no slippers also the breakfast was not what I expect from a 4 Star hotel staff ignoring customers.

The host didn't even know about my arrival (although I confirmed the arrival time on the web site and I emailed them before my arrival, too) or which property I'm arriving at! (see screenshots). They did not answer basic questions either (I never got an answer to my question, in the chat, about checking out). The property is a 2-floor house, with the main door always open!. I arrived and found no one there!. The photos posted in booking.com do not represent the real situation of the property (e.g., no microwave in the kitchen). The Wi-Fi signal is very poor (I tried my phone and my laptop). Zero level of cleanness (yet, they made selective trash IN CARTOON BOXES!). No cleaning service, neither in the room nor in the common area. Don't worry about the transparent glass in the WC; there is a piece of cartoon paper on the window! (see photos). Receiving answers from the host here thanking me or feeling sorry wouldn't change the facts.
