The shower had a slight constant drip and the cold water tap kept breaking off, but I just used the other tap. A bathmat in the bathroom in addition to the very nice big towels would be helpful.

Ideal location directly above the Nowy Swiat street, very quick tram ride from the main station and tons of restaurants and things to do. Very easy walking distance to all the major sights, Old Town Warsaw, etc. A fantastic value for a full apartment with kitchen in the middle of the city. Despite the busy street below, the windows were soundproofed and the apartment was completely quiet (AC worked great, no need to open the windows). The courtyard outside the building had lots of outdoor dining and nightlife options.

Everything was great, they had a hair dryer, an iron, kitchen utensils that you could cook yourself in the apartment. But the sheets were not clean enough, there were stains on them and the floor was also dirty, you can tell when you walk around with white socks. Also, one of the glasses had someone's lipstick stains on it.😐

When you book a room at the City Center Apparthotel Chmielna, you expect to find a sign confirming that. However, the only inscription above the entry door says "Royal Route Résidence". Also, on weekends Nowy Świat street is blocked and becomes a pedestrian area, something that complicates the arrival of a taxi. TV could have more than 4 channels.

The hotel is at the very center, very close to Old Town, the apartment is equipped with everything that is necessary, including a kitchenette. It is very clean and recently renovated.

The staff. I've booked this apartment a month or more prior, and a couple of days before the stay it was cancelled by renters with no actual reason to do so, and the communication was misleading. I had to book it again and it worked, but it gave us quite a lot of stress.

The location was perfect for us - a group of friends, as everything is a few meters away - multiple cafes, restaurants, alko shops, bakeries, etc. The apartment has 2 showers, so that was super convenient as well.

- Poor noise cancelling - in the evenings quite a lot of noise from the street (which is understandable, there are several restaurants with outdoor seating in the same building), family with small children upstairs, - according to the description, there should have been a washing machine in our apartment, but in reality there was not (but when we communicated this to the host, they replied quickly, apologized and offered discount for the next reservation), - coffee maker for coffee pods, but no pods provided, only instant coffee, - very small shower, - a dish towel in the kitchen would have been nice.

Taps in the bathroom were a little strange in that they splashed you very easily. We were given two keys for the apartment but only one of them worked for the door.

Fab location, close to a bus stop that links the airport and easy walking distance to various shops, restaurants and the metro. Clean, tidy and spacious. Shower was perfect temperature. Both beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Soundproofing on windows kept the noise down from the street outside Response time to queries was fast.

I'm not sure what has happened to the wifi. It has always been excellent, but this time it seemed pretty weak.

This property has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is spacious too. A fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Towels and toiletries are provided for the bathroom too.

Apartment10 is above a restaurant and there was a incessant banging, like a door slamming, from below. We didn't find out what it was, but it seemed to stop after about 10/11pm so it didn't disturb our sleep too much, but whilst it was banging, it was loud and vibrated through the apartment so if you are sensitive to this it might be a problem. Sound proofing between the apartments was not great, but other than one night, we were not unacceptably disturbed into the late night. The front windows had secondary glazing which did a good job of keeping outside noise levels manageable. The kitchen sink plug was perished and would not allow the sink to hold water and there was no bowl to wash up in as an alternative, so this was a problem. There was no kitchen towel to dry pots which I would have expected, but not a big deal 🙁. Wifi was absolutely useless, sometimes ok for a short time, most times dropping out or very flaky, this was a big problem for us as we were there on business and internet access was a necessity. Curtains in the living area did not cover the windows (too narrow) so not much privacy from being overlooked from the apartments opposite and in summer I can imagine early sunrise could be a problem. Plenty of storage but very few hangers which was disappointing so if you choose this apartment remember to pack some hangers! The bathroom was nice and modern, however the door to the shower does not seal against the side glass panel so water escapes and finally, the toilet is not really made to accommodate guys (the bowl is very shallow at the front!!! 🤢) you know what I mean.

The location is excellent, we know the area well so this was as expected. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The kitchen was adequately equipped, clean and modern with good storage. Plenty of clothes storage which would easily suit a party of 4 staying 1 or 2 weeks, no problem. If the disappointing items mentioned (some relatively minor I know, but some not so) had been sorted, this apartment would have ticked a lot more boxes and we would be booking for another visit in April 😐

The TV channel selection is not great and it is all in Polish but this was minor.

The apartment is large and handles a family of 4 very easily. The location is just off the main road to the city centre, which is about 25 mins away by walk. The apartment was clean and access to the building was simple and without any complications.

One address in the description (Nowy Swiat 29) and another one after we get there (Chmelna 1/3), details how to get there were sent only few minutes before we arrived, btw it's self-check-in so hard to get into the apartment at 11pm with lots of luggage and sick kid when no one is around except from grumpy taxi driver with no or 1h-lagging help from _text_ support on booking.com chat. No one is answering the phone of course. Besides there is "ApartHotel" in the title of this apartment, nothing is further from truth it's just a regular overpriced flat :(

The placement is somewhat convenient and the apartment itself seems to be renovated.
