It was raining for few hours LOL. The accomodation was perfect value for money, no complaints at all.

Served perfectly our small company needs. We booked two rooms and plan to repeat it next year.

Wooden doors to rooms were a bit noisy to close even when I tried to be gentle with them (luckily, there weren't many other guests when I was there so it didn't disturb my sleep). Bathroom downstairs needs immediate attention (no toilet seat, one lightbulb missing, a loose power socket) and a general upgrade, the bathroom upstairs was much better. It would be great if a small breakfast was available, even at an extra cost.

A cosy house with individual rooms, access to a fully equipped kitchen, nice location in a quiet area by the river, a friendly and helpful host.

Room wasn't clean enough. Curtains were missing there as well. It constantly reeked of something unbearably disgusting. For some reason I couldn't connect to the WI-Fi in my room. It worked only in the kitchen.

The amount of tableware/kitchenware in the shared kitchen was unsatisfactory (not enough glasses, for example!). There is only one shared shower for the 6 (?) rooms.

The bedroom is a warm space, with wood, a beautiful bay window and a balcony (the view is only a cherry tree and some ivy, but it's pleasant

Despite giving my check in time and emailing to confirm I was on my way, no one was at the property when I arrived. I gained entry by banging that hard the other guests let me in to save the neighbours worrying. I text when I got in but they didn’t even read my message. Maybe it’s ok if you speak Polish and have a phone contract letting you ring Polish numbers for free but how am I supposed to know that I have to ring them in advance? Maybe booking.com isn’t the right platform for this property?

Quiet street in neighbourhood on outskirts of Wroclaw- I was able to get a bus direct from the centre and it was a short walk from the stop. The whole place was clean enough to walk around bare foot. I’d been in hostels dorms for Most of the trip and decided to splurge on a private single for the night. It was bigger than the whole dorm I’d stayed in at other places.

The host didn't even know about my arrival (although I confirmed the arrival time on the web site and I emailed them before my arrival, too) or which property I'm arriving at! (see screenshots). They did not answer basic questions either (I never got an answer to my question, in the chat, about checking out). The property is a 2-floor house, with the main door always open!. I arrived and found no one there!. The photos posted in booking.com do not represent the real situation of the property (e.g., no microwave in the kitchen). The Wi-Fi signal is very poor (I tried my phone and my laptop). Zero level of cleanness (yet, they made selective trash IN CARTOON BOXES!). No cleaning service, neither in the room nor in the common area. Don't worry about the transparent glass in the WC; there is a piece of cartoon paper on the window! (see photos). Receiving answers from the host here thanking me or feeling sorry wouldn't change the facts.

It was average quality of hotel, with many drawbacks. First, there was no wifi at all, second there were no shower gel in the bathroom, usually the hotel provides that.

In my room alone there were a couple of spiders and spiderwebs in every corner, the bathroom was gross, it looked like it’s never cleaned, I didn’t want to touch anything I didn’t need to. Ughh. The poorly-equipped kitchen was dirty and I couldn't even find a small bowl, so I ate my oatmeal out of a mug.

I liked having a roof over my head for the night. The price was in the ballpark of “ok”

Time stopped around 1980 in this place. Toilet lid was broken. Fortunately all day I was out, just was sleeping there. Old, dark house like from horror movies.

Great value if you dislike modernity and could put up with an unfixed hole here and there. If you are lucky with common sense neighbor-guests your stay will be exceptional due to location, the view, decorum and wood, wood, wood on the walls and on the floors. Highly recommended for beauty minded, artistic souls.

The place is far from city centre. Then we came to hotel no one tell any information. We called twice to owner, he said that he was sent the information by phone but thats not true. We texted to him but he wasnt answer then called again. Bathroom and wc was really uncleaned, there wasnt toilet paper. We also got one towel for two persons. Also it was written at booking that we ordered room with bathroom but then we came we found out that we will have shared wc and bathroom. Dont go there!
