If you’re someone that wants the real Ubud experience, this is perfect for you. It’s not on the main road so road noise is no issue and they organised all the activities like snorkeling in Nusa Penida and rafting for us, some activities were offered at a discounted cost also as the Malaya Villa were Members. Staff are incredibly kind and made experiencing everything we wanted in Ubud a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this stay.

The only thing I would change is there to be iced coffee available in the breakfast menu. That’s it.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were going above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed complementary fruit basket and mini bar. Dinner options on Pistachio menu were delicious. Great signature cocktails.

This is a personal preference, but I did not like the set menu breakfast. I have a lot of food restrictions due to intolerances and with the limited choice I could not really find anything suitable.

Friendly staffs! Breakfast selections are generous and it's so yummy! Great complimentary service too like a free 30 mins massage & laundry service. LOVE the free shuttle as well! Saved us alot of money travelling around during day time!

The main road entering the resort is very bumpy - may not be suitable for elderly or pregnant woman. The google map setting was something wrong as well, our driver ended up using a back road and we can't even drive all the way to the resort on our arrival.

We were not allowed to eat food from outside the hotel outside the swimming pool area and if you go to breakfast too late say 830 then a lot of the food was finished.
