The furniture and linens were stained and the bathroom felt like it needed a deep clean - it wasn't dirty but didn't feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned for a long time

Bathroom appliances were out of order and there was no place to hang the towel or toilet paper. No hygiene shower.

Very practical to have codes sent via WA and not have to go through any reception desk. I needed to clarify something with them in advance and the bot directed me fairly quickly to human contact, who was assertive. The two Nespresso caspsules are life saving!!! Please keep that!

I have problems with the door code, i had to wait about 30 min outside the apartment with my bag and tired to get a new code with the support team. Also, I thought all the apartments had a balcony, but not. I stayed in apartment stuffy, hot and without a breeze, which was uncomfortable. I didn't like it. I tried to change, but it wasn´t possible, because of the booked priced. I tried a downgrade and they deny. Another issue, the refrigerator leaked and the floor got wet, need to be fixed. Luckily it was in my last day there.

The localizations is good. The condominium is great. It has swimming pool, gym, and a little market.

At the reception does'nt speak a word in English. Arrived at 10:00AM after 12 hours of flight, but didn't let us to leave our baggage so we had to stay in the lobby of the building for additional 3 hours. Swimming pool was really cold. the Gym is nothing to write about.

the apartment should have a better mantainance. The small bathroom and the safe were not working. The upstairs bathroom wall was broken and there were part of the paint in the floor.

excellent location, building amenities, safety. Overall the apartment is comfortable for some days.

this property is managed by a third party and I did not like the WhatsApp message feature. The cable TV did not work while we were there. Other then that the people that come to help was very nice.

this is the second time in 6 months I stay at this property. There are different owners and different management companies. the last one was very good.

I had a leakage problem in the bathroom. I asked for assistance someone came the day after to see the licking (there was water everywhere in the bathroom), but at the end of my stay the leakage continued and I asked for more towels and they never stopped by.

Nice location and also the building is very secure. there are nice amenities to the building as well. garage included is definitely a bonus (in my case). there is a market nearby which is very convenient also lots of restaurants. Nice view too. It is extremely nice to have the bed on the upper level.

Refrigerator did not work, coffee maker did not have water catch tray and made a mess, duvet was made under top sheets requiring me to remake the bed.

This is not a place to stay if you are on a business trip. There is not even a hanger in the closet. I did not enjoy staying here. Everything is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. Gym equipment is not even working. Sauna was locked all the time.

There were hairs on the sheets and the towels didn’t smell well, as if these had been washed with a dirty cloth. The mattress was not firm, it squeeked.

The flat was dirty and disgusting. There was dust everywhere! It’s hard to believe someone dared to rent a flat under such horrendous conditions! Generally very grubby and outdated.

Building is worn down Staff not always able to help

Location is great Amenities convenient though somewhat worn down Staff is kind but given the management of rentals and the building are separate it isn't always helpful Balcony is nice Rooms are spacious

I recently stayed at Charlie's and it was a complete disaster. The check-in process was a nightmare as we were made to change apartments and try multiple codes, leaving us waiting in the corridor for an hour. The apartment itself was filthy, with dust on every surface and a yellow stain on the ice in the fridge. To make matters worse, the living room was infested with ants and the AC was not working, making the place unbearably hot. The internet was also not working, forcing us to use all of our data to contact the customer service agent. We had booked a 3-bedroom apartment but were given a 2-bedroom instead, and when we pointed this out to the agent, he dismissed our concerns and said that there was nothing available for us. The place was run down and in disrepair, with broken floors and a broken mirror. The top floor window did not close properly, adding to the already long list of issues. No solution was provided and we were forced to leave the reservation. We are now waiting for a refund.

Good structure but very old facilities, lack of renovations, dingy walls, a lot of dirt encrusted in the apartment, don't trust the photos that Booking has, and when you enter the building you will notice a lot of repairs that need to be done there. At least there is a Wonderful staff, and the pool is good too.

They didn’t honor an upgrade I bought through Booking. They just have WhatsApp to request support and takes a lot of time to have an answer. The pictures in Booking are from a fancy room but the one I got was requiring renew and different from the pictures. They didn’t provide a clear direction for the parking and it’s too tight. It’s just for small cars. Waiting for the reimbursement of the upgrade I paid but so far, they didn’t do.
