Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandDid not realise it did not have a reception on site so was a bit confusing as to how to get into building. When I called the phone was answered quickly by a very helpful staff member who got us sorted.
The room was great. The breakfast was huge. It was great to have the kitchen to make tea and coffee and heat meals in a microwave.

DenmarkGreat location, simple and good concept. Wifi was out of order one night, worked again next morning. Bread for breakfast was missing one morning, misplaced it seems. Would have been good with an accesible number to call for these instances. Overall I really liked it, ticked all my boxes!

United KingdomBreakfast is delivered to the kitchen and you don’t get a choice. I got meat, which I don’t eat, and my friend got cheese, which he doesn’t eat. However, the bread rolls are of very good quality.
Excellent location. Very quiet. I liked having a bath in the bathroom. Also, the kitchen is well equipped and coffee is available 24-7.

FrancePerfect for business travelers bur could not satisfy holiday marketing search of cozy atmosphere. Check in through code and no contact with staff. Very spacious room with sofa and coffee table. Big bathtub/shower. Very clean. Ready to pick up tray for breakfast with cheese, salami, yogurt, musli fresh bread, orange juice and hot beverages. All fresh and local. You eat it in your room or on a terrace weather permitting.

DenmarkMy room should have been cheaper compared to the other rooms because of the view out to the public terrasse. No coffee for breakfast. Breakfast was generally a little disappointed but i did eat it all. The early checkout at 10 o clock. 11 or 12 is more me
You could use the neighbor fitness gym. Bathtub was what I looked for after long walks around Bornholm and was new and big. The location is good too near the city center

United StatesWould have been helpful to get an email with the door code - we had to borrow a phone from a stranger to call the owner - there are never any personnel at the property that is no reception - the owner didn’t respond so we left a message - thankfully to another stranger telling us he had the same problem and he showed us the code hidden in the text on our receipt - the room is bare and minimal and it is hard to get it comfortable

GermanyFelt a bit strange eating breakfast in the bedroom, but it was fine, plus there was also the option of sitting on the terrace.
Breakfast was very good, the room was a good size and in a good location in the main town on Bornholm. The staff were very friendly and helped me when I had a problem.
