They forgot to send me the 'how to enter in the apartment' email. I had to wait for another customer and thanks to them I was able to find their emergency phone number and call the 24/7 support which solved the issue.

The location is great, nice apartment, there is everything you need - coffee machine, even coffee capsules, dishwasher, AC in both rooms, good bathroom, cuttlery. Our flight was late in the evening and we weren't able to pay for late check out but still there are lockers and showers you can access even after you leave the room - this is great!

We didn't realise there were two entrances. So when we arrived late at night we were frustrated our key code didn't work to gain access to the building. However the helpline were great.

Excellent, well equipped, good sized apartment for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and apartment was quiet. You can leave your bags in lockers after you check out and they have shower facilities if you have a late flight. Laundry service was great too. Apartment building was lovely and had hotel vibes.Staff were excellent and even returned to open shower facilities for us. Would definitely recommend to others and return in the future. Thank you very much for everything.

We didn't like it because we didn't have a place to dry our laundry. If we left it in the bathroom, it wouldn't dry, so we hung it on the metal window railing, and some things ended up corroding. Overnight, one of the streets the apartment faced on the corner was very noisy. Every night, we could hear garbage trucks or some loud vehicles. We also sometimes heard footsteps from the neighboring apartment.

We really liked the apartment because it's nicely furnished and equipped with everything we need. The building itself resembles a hotel, the staff is excellent and dedicated, and they were accommodating to all our requests. The apartment is quite clean, in a great location, and very well-lit.

We couldn’t get the coffee machine to work, but probably just us!

All rooms were aesthetically pleasing of good size, clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided for our stay (eg Wi-Fi, water, coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, towels etc)

Nothing we didn’t like - minor point but walls a bit clinical with no artwork & with some wear & tear looked a little shabby in parts.

Clean, cozy, comfortable apartments with everything you need. We were cooking at home and kitchen was fully equipped. Location is perfect, supermarkets and market is nearby. Postiget beach is really close but we liked San Juan more and were taking tram there. Main tram station is about 500 m away, it took no longer than 30 minutes to get to San Juan. There are lockers and showers in the main lobby and it is possible to leave your luggage if you arrive early or depart later. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Noisy even with the windows closed you can hear people speaking loudly and cars honking and motorcycle engines. Also found a big cockroach in the bathroom, and staff says it flew in a window while the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment

Live people at a reception that provide assistance at check-in. Very spatulas modern clean and well equipped apartment in a nice building well decorated and professional service lost like a hotel

Everything was perfect ! The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, comfortable, and clean. I didn't use the kitchen since I stayed only 3 days and went out to eat, but you have the necessities to cook if you want to. The building is also located in a very nice neighborhood, very central and very close to the Mercado Central and the tram + train station from which you can easily move around the city, go to the beach, and even further to Benidorm. As a solo female traveler, my safety comes first and I never felt anxious or in danger walking back to the flat alone at night. Another highlight: if you have a late flight and still want to enjoy your day fully, they have lockers on the main floor where you can leave your belongings + a bathroom if you need to take a shower after going to the beach for instance. The staff was very nice too!! Muchas gracias, volveré!
