Nothing specific I purchased an ice cream and did not have a spoon to eat it. The hotel did not have a spare spoon. I cannot blame the front desk, it is the small things that actually matter, especially when the customer needs one dearly.

Hallways, entrance and elevators could use a little spiffing up. But still a nice place.

The beds are so comfortable. We also loved the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and evenings. Lovely outdoor patio too. The room we had was great for a family with teens (bunk beds + adjoined twins for parents). Central location was perfect. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

-The shampoo could be better, it was not very effective (this is a minor remark) -The rooms with balcony cost more and are (the balcony) small. I would recommend just going for a regular room without the balcony. (minor remark)

Location of the Hotel is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and delicious with nice city view. Nice city view terrace for coffee or cold drinks at the evening .

The kettle in the room wasn’t working properly. Doesn’t automatically switch off when it comes to the boil and the water starts to spurt out which is very dangerous.

What i didnt like is that the bed for adults was composed from 2 twin beds which were moving quite easy. I would prefer that they had a normal queen or king bed.

This time breakfast was not good, they didn't have many options and even though it says breakfast is until 10.30am, at 10.29am they are taking out everything from the buffet, so i highly recommend going there at max 10.00am. Been here many times and now looks a bit under maintenance. Also they show a rooftop which you can only use if you have breakfast and/or lunch/dinner, otherwise is closed.

I really like the location is next to the metro, there's always people outside. Rooms are very quiet, even though you face the street you dont listen a thing, and you don't listen to other guests either. The staff is really helpful and they try to make you feel comfy at all times. Wifi is really good and the desks are very big for you to work from there.

The staff was great, they were always ready to help! I also loved the location - it's right in the city center but there’s not too loud. It's pretty lively on the street so you shouldn't be afraid about getting back to the hotel in evenings

The bed sheets were not good, not comfortable. The rooms are always too hot even with the air conditioning. At breakfast there wasn’t much variety or quantity of food.

The location is great, very central. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff is very nice and kind.

Hotel charges for earlier or later checkin and I would prefer a more generous attitude to that kind of matters. Our room ran out of toilet paper and it was not refilled, had to ask. Our room was very small, but others have their own terrace or balcony. Our room was very silent though, thankful for that since the hotel is located in a busy place with traffic 24/7.

The hotel has a really nice roof terrace with lots of sun. Very nice interior design throughout the hotel and roof tops. Nice, light and sunny restaurant/breakfast on the top floor. Excellent position in Barcelona, directly on metro station Universitat.
