A wonderful little hotel in a quiet area of the city but very very close to all the sights and amenities. Super helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars, the parking was very close and the check in was easy. Comfortable room, good bathroom and well priced

The room in a refurbished building scores well on everything but the view from the window but then with so much to see in the town that should not be seen as an issue. The street was very quiet the parking was a secured empty plot within 50 metres. There were some coffee capsules which was nice, shame there was no milk to go with them or any indication whether the coffee was decaf or not. It's the detail that's missing.

There was no reception, and you had to fill in a form thru a link before arrival. The form did not open on any of our Iphones ( two familymembers tried) , so it caused a small confusion and harm.

Good location, close to sights, big , modern and new room and BEST of all parking infront of the hotel , free of charge.

Absolutely perfect room, all new, very good quality, loved the bathroom, the bed was comfy. The air conditioning and fan made the room lovely and cool. very quickly. Perfectly clean. The location is great, close to everything, but in a small quiet street. The parking is an added bonus not having to worry about the car. All this at an incredible price. We stayed 3 nights. Merida is amazing.

It states that parking is available but then they only have four spaces for 5 apartments, which doesnt make sense. They were full so we had to park 5 minutes away from the apartment. Also when we entered the room there were tons of flies attached to the wall. We were shocked. We called the property and she told me to go in search for a spray in a cupboard downstairs and that the maid had left the window open. In the end we had to sleep with the bad smell of the spray and flies around us. Not really professional service.

The WiFi did not work. The room was out of the WiFi range. Every interaction was made remotely via WhatsApp. Quite cold approach for a room that costs more than 50€ per night.

The rules said daily cleaning when putting the green label out, which we did but no cleaning. We contacted the staff, which helped us friendly, they even got someone to do this in the evening. However, only the bed was made, the cleaning was still not done as the long hairs from others remained in the bathroom, a missed chance....

The location was close to visit the center.

Altogether confirmed by the hotel, there was no indoor car parking, there were no staff at the hotel to ask. because we were driving an expensive car full with expensive items we had no option other than find a different hotel. the area where the hotel is located is very rough and scruffy and wouldn’t have left any vehicle parked outside!

You know when you lie in a bed and things bite you but you can’t see them. I know you have all experienced it. It’s like opening an old book and suddenly your hands itch. This was the same when I was sleeping in the apartment. The bed needs a good fumigation. As a solo traveller I also did not feel safe walking down the street at night. The place is not in a good area of the town.

No reception. I got a WhatsApp message on how to get in the hotel after arriving in town and lost an hour to be able to get in. Not my kind of reception. May be I am too old for such a complex check-in. Garage is hard to get in and my car, an Audi, being low, scratched its belly because of the way the entrance is constructed. No food service and no silverware or plates if you want to bring food in. Decorator nice place but not user friendly.
