Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is fantastic! Next to Vigo’s estuary and a stone’s throw of the boat to take you to the Cie Islands, with plenty of restaurants around it. The terrace views are breathtaking and pretty cool at sunset. But the part of it is the staff: from the reception to the waiters, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and sure they did! Would recommend this place to anyone in Vigo!

Great breakfast but unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for renovations so it was served on the ground floor.

AustraliaNothing, it was perfect for us. We didn't try the breakfast prefering a lighter option and one of the many local cafes.
The hotel is newly refurbished with quality finishes. The room was spacious with a balcony and a great view (Superior Double). The bed was really comfortable. The location is good, close to the station and ferry terminal and close to the old part of town. The streets are wide, gracious and quiet.

Everything was great, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, very modern. The room we got was huge, very nice space with a desk to work in.

SpainThe rooms and bathrooms are very basic and dated, they need a refresh. Also, the walls are like paper, we were woken up every morning by the housekeepers hoovering and moving the beds and people shouting. We requested a double bed which we 100% understand is subject to availability, but travelling as a couple, twin single beds are not ideal.
