Shower pallet leaked badly, a lot of water in whole bathroom.

Very good hotel, great personnel, views from the room are simply. Breakfast has a variety to select from and coffee is really good taste and quality. Room was very clean and been cleaned every day.

Not much breakfast options, TV could have had some English speaking channels. Swimming pool was completely out of the way. Balcony was very awkward to open.

Location was fantastic, room was exactly what I needed. Ideal for a relaxing holiday rather than a party holiday. Staff were friendly.

The bar in the Hotel closed at 9pm,which we thought was about too early,was a shame as they had seats at the front of the hotel with amazing views of the sea,the rooms were comfortable and had a great shower,only thing was there wasn’t a slip mat in the shower,it was very slippery and no shelve to put any soap or shampoo,English breakfast was disappointing,but saying that if you just want a continental breakfast it was lovely,would definitely stay again,also the staff were very helpful.

Location is excellent,quiet and peaceful,views from the balcony were amazing.

The staff were all really friendly, the rooms lovely and clean and the view is amazing. Lovely airy feeling hotel, the breakfast was superb too. We booked a triple room and the beds were huge! The shower was very powerful and straightforward to use, and every room has a balcony and a fridge. Air conditioning is always a bonus too I honestly can't find fault and would definitely book again.

A pool could have been bigger but we expected that it might be small already while booking it (looking at the pictures). The beach is so close that the pool was not very needed.

Amazing views from the room, quiet hotel at the end of the promenade by the seaside, tasty breakfast with good fresh options, very friendly staff, clean room that was spacious enough for 3 people.

A hidden gem at the far end of Levante beach. Wonderful staff, warm and friendly. Every room has a sea view over the 12 floors. An excellent selection of buffet breakfast and fresh ground coffee.

Hotel only matched expectations because I had been the previous month and seen just how good it was Very clean, great, friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal for those who want view of the sea in a relatively quiet part of Benidorm but close enough to walk to the areas of Benidorm which perhaps more reflect its reputation

Only downside, (although still good), is the bathroom, which was a touch tired but did the job, everything else - can't fault it.

Lovely little hotel. Location is wonderful, updates to the property since last visit are excellent( dining room for breakfast- stylish and simple) Not fans of large hotels so the Nadal is exactly what we like. Very friendly staff, comfy room( if looking a little tired in places like the bathroom), great breakfast, but top of the list is location in a pedestrian area so no vehicles and overlooking the sea from every room- doesn't get any better!

The bath towels were small. No kettle in room The pool was freezing as is mostly covered and doesnt get any sun. When its windy,the balcony doors whistle and rattle !! The sun doesnt come on to the hotel till after lunch so a bit too chilly to have breakfast on the terrace

Fantastic location and lovely views with all rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed and good standard of cleanliness. Full size fridge in room Good breakfast pleasant and helpful staff.

In a very quiet location with beautiful vies across the bay of Benidorm. Whilst still easy access to enjoy the fun side of Benidorm. Also nice to support a hotel run by a family.

Not really much a didnt like, a didnt really find they showers the best as kept soaking bathroom and having hold shower head because wanting spray water on to floor, thats really it

Beds were really comfy, also has good mini fridge and just has everything you need for few nights. In a veey good location in benidorm.
