My room didnt have windows, and it was kind of in the "center" of the building. Some hairs left in the bathroom when I entered, + some candy wrappers near the closet. There was a heavy smoke-smell in the lobby and entrance.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport, and it is also located close-by. It is also within walking distance from shopping and groceries, which is convenient if you need it. Staff was friendly.

The toilet was extremely close to the tub and the rooms are kind of a maze.

Staying was not planned, but didn’t make our flight to Santiago due to a federal holiday so no trains were running and all Iberia flights were full. Needed something close to the airport so chose this hotel. I thought the price was high for one night, but really didn’t have a choice. The shower did not work either, but that was probably us not being able to figure it out.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were only there for one night, the check in process was very quick. Staff were very helpful. My favorite was the restaurant, had some amazing zucchini soup, salad and entree.

Not a fan of wall to wall carpeting. The room had a stale odour probably from the carpeting. Opening window cleared the smell.

Room is big. Shuttle bus worked. Just call hotel when you get to the shuttle bus pick up location. Good breakfast.

We chose this property because of proximity to the airport. We arrived at 2am, and next flight was 12am. The hotel is maybe 20 min away, and after one phone call after landing the hotel sent the shuttle bus, and we were able to have a very comfortable ‘night’s’ sleep

The beds were not comfortable and the Air conditioning didn't cool the room. We had to open the window to get the room cooler. The breakfast wasn't available until 7am. We had to leave by 7am for our flight. They have a scale to weigh your suitcases, but they also charge 1€ per weigh. We had to spend 8€. Our room was 180€ for one night. Too much for an uncomfortable bed.

More coffee capsules please ! It's a long walk, I did it (ca. 5kms return) to the nearest supermarket. So bring any snacks or drinks you need with you.

Shuttle bus driver was great, helpful with lifting heavy luggage. Reception staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfy - soft enough for me and hard enough my Chinese wife slept well. The low level edge of the bath was great to get into and out of for the shower (some hotel baths are far too high making it difficult). The bathroom was very clean. Adjustable shower head (height). Bidet. Electric power points next to the bed (inc. USB sockets). Nespresso machine (just 2 capsules though). Good breakfast - cooked well and lots of choice.
