There are a lot of stairs to navigate - not a problem for us. There are elevators but one of them was out of service during our stay. The staff was uniformly friendly but some of the desk clerks were more knowledgeable about the area than others.

Hotel Omnium is a lovely property in a great location in Eixample. It was easy to get everywhere in the city. The room was large and comfortable with a fabulous shower and a lovely balcony where we could sit out in the evenings (and do yoga in the mornings). There is coffee, tea and water available in the common area. There is also a gym, although we didn’t use it.

We had to carry our luggage by the staircase to our room, which was inconvenient and a bit challenging, especially with heavy bags. An elevator would have been greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions making it easy to explore the city.

Beds are very firm, pillows very hard.

Everything was perfect!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The elevator was out of service when we arrived at the hotel, but the receptionist helped us a lot by carrying our baggage to the room directly. And the elevator was quickly repaired the same day. The hotel itself had a very nice and classy interior design. Plus we were kindly offered a free bottle of water and cava. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room at the basement level has a patio but the view is limited. The room upstairs has an outside balcony with a better view. The two rooms are charged the same rate. It is better to let the customers choose and pay for the desired room.

Great location and many attractions are within walking distance. Lot of good restaunts nearby. The facility is very clean and the bathroom is big. Great hospitality with friendly staff and champagne.

It was unusual to have a souterain room. However we didn't spend to much time in the room during the day anyway. Therefore it's wasn't an inconvenience.

Hotel and room had a bright modern design. The room had all amenities for our stay. The service was outstanding. E.g. staff waited for us to arrive from the airport at 1am despite check in after hours.

Layout was awkward having to go up a flight of stairs and then through the communal area and backdown to get to rooms. Noise from the hallway was more obvious than expected.

The hotel has an excellent location and was very secure, requiring a room key to enter the building. There were lifts available for step-free access, which was essential for us as we were travelling with a buggy. The facilities were excellent, including a gym and comfortable common areas. Our room was clean, cosy and spacious enough. Despite its central location in a busy city, it was very quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our visit with our toddler was comfortable (including providing a cot and a nappy bin).

This is just for the hotel not to detract from booking. We could not sit on our patio a little rail between us and next door and a rail so we did not step on grating would have been perfect. I assume these pillows are very European not quite like soft ones used in north America.

Staff were fantastic, hotel was spotless, room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Ladies this bathroom had a full counter unlike most of europe in this price range. We would use it again very central but tucked away and vert quiet. We always get room where we can sleep with patio door open and this was perfect for that. Rooms are serviced every day and towels are large. Very easy to find with a lovely street level 24 hr reception. Also card entry in evening for added security.
