This boutique hotel is located at the beginning of the longest street in Madrid, right in the middle of the city. All the luxury brand hotel towers are nearby, but for our money this hotel beats them all. It is small in size but the amenities are top drawer. The staff were uniformly excellent and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was good. The in house retaurant was also good enough that we at there twice!

The hotel exceeded all expectations, making our spontaneous vacation truly delightful. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, I would confidently rate it as 5-star. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast offerings were extensive and varied, catering to all tastes. My suite was superb, and I greatly appreciated the accommodation for a late check-in up to 4 PM. I also had the opportunity to see a standard room, which was equally impressive. I will definitely return to Regina Hotel on my next trip.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is fabulous Great location for all the main sites. Starbucks is next door! Got a Tuk Tuk ride outside the hotel which is better than the bus tour. Restaurant next to the hotel is good. Hotel provided little treats each night in the hotel which was appreciated and water.

We had to take two elevators to get to the dining room for breakfast and that the window in our room was to an internal small patio and not to the street. Otherwise, it was perfect, above expectations.

The most amazing breakfast buffet and customer service of our whole trip. This is a boutique hotel in a main road within walking distance to main attractions. We got an upgrade, and our room had a separate living area and a huge bathroom with double sink. Lighting, furnishings, color palette, accessories, amenities and finishes in general are high-end and pleasing to the eyes. Bed, pillows, towels and bed linens also looked and felt luxurious.

Loved Hotel Regina! The location could not be better for walking all over Madrid and to the major sights. The hotel is small and welcoming. All of the staff were professional, kind, and very helpful. Especially Gonzalo who actually ran outside to find our Uber driver on a very busy morning and Mihal who always greeted us with warmth. We stayed in both a room at the back (very quiet) and later in the trip, one at the front with a view (not so quiet). Both rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the perfect way to start the day. The rooftop is spectacular and a must enjoy…we didn’t go up until our last morning but we surely will on our next visit!! Having a great restaurant and bar inside the hotel was a plus. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

This was the perfect stay! It was a nice and modern hotel in the perfect location to everything in central Madrid. Everything is within walking distance, but also very easy to get an Uber or taxi. The best part of the room was the “morning” and “night” buttons which closed the curtains and shut off the lights at night, and vice versa for the morning. Apart from the hotel itself, the staff is AMAZING. I wish I knew all of their names to give them a personal shoutout. But Jorge was very kind and helpful. I had to catch a car at 4am for my flight and Jorge and his colleague made me a to-go bag with a sandwich, juice, water, an apple, a cup of yogurt, and some desserts. They offered this after I realized there were no food places open before my flight, which I thought was extremely nice! Jorge also carried my bags outside for me and put them into the car. All the other staff were amazing, welcoming, and very friendly. They were also helpful with any questions I had. I felt very safe as a woman travelling alone.
