Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSometimes, the staff can be a bit too much, too friendly, which doesn't work well with me. They want a perfect review, and I appreciate their efforts (they did earn it with me!), but sometimes it felt overwhelming (e.g., I decided to wait for my airport ride outside). But I'm picking on details here, they are superb in catering to all needs, offering coffee or drinks, etc. I'm looking forward to my next stay!
This was overall one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel of this price point. The staff, Javier and Sara, are amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave me a bigger room than I booked, and it was nice, ample and clean. The breakfast (not cheap, but worth it) is super good and the lobby looks gorgeous. They were flexible with check out time too!

Outstanding hospitality! As a frequent business traveler with 100+ nights per year in hotels, it’s hard to be surprised by hotel experience, yet the team at Sansi Pedrables made our stay unforgettable. We have such great memories from the 4 nights we stayed at this cozy family hotel together with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Oskar, Xavier and Sarah (the family which runs this cozy hotel) are amazing hosts, they are nice, attentive, caring and their positive attitude is contagious. They cared about every small detail of our stay, from making sure that we had blueberries every breakfast (which our 1 year old daughter adores), to helping us with restaurant reservations, to ordering a taxi with a car seat without us even asking about. Needless to say, the facilities are great - clean, fresh, everything is working (unlike in some 5 star hotels at double the price!) because it’s being taken care by the owners who genuinely care about their guests having an amazing experience.

An excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood. What makes it a special place to stay is the staff, who make you feel not like you're in a hotel but like you're visiting good friends. The always smiling lady at the reception, Erwin who can arrange anything... simply a hotel you will be happy to return to.

From the moment I arrived to the hotel, I was made to feel very welcome, Javier helped me with my luggage and offered me a drink on arrival, I opted for white wine, which was delicious, he also upgraded my room, which was a very nice touch. Thank you Javier! Another night I sat at the bar alone (solo traveller) and I had a short but lovely conversation with Erwin, who was also very friendly and very attentive, thank you for the company Erwin! I felt, like I was staying at a friend’s house as everyone was so attentive and very friendly. It is a family run hotel. More like a boutique, the rooms are spacious and it has everything you need, everything was spotless. The bed was very very comfortable and the best thing was that there was no noise at night which meant I slept like a baby. I highly recommend this place. The level of customer service is very high +++++

I was in Barcelona for an event at IESE Business School which is just a 5 min walk away. The whole hotel and rooms are stylish and recently refurbished. It is immaculately maintained and the staff are simply wonderful, extremely welcoming, kind, helpful and considerate - helping with travel, taxis, local advice, drinks on arrival, breakfast options etc
