Very handily located for an early start by Elizabeth Line to Heathrow. Breakfast excellent.

We had a couple of issues with the room (the safe wouldn’t work and some lights above the tea making area didn’t work) but we didn’t want hassle so we only reported it when checking out.

The breakfasts were exceptional, the best we have ever had, and the evening meals were also great. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very close to West Ealing underground station. Parking is available at the rear although it would probably be difficult when the hotel is full. There is also a bit of parking at the front door. The large garden seated area would be nice when the weather gets warmer.

I can't think of anything!

The Drayton Court is an excellent boutique hotel. Very conveniently located for the Elizabeth Line at West Ealing (although watch the frequency of trains actually stopping there!), the staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is top notch and the Ealing Comedy there is quirky (in a nice way). I'll definitely be staying again.

There is nothing to dislike.

Perfect location if you want quick access to Heathrow. But on the Elizabeth line it is also easy to go to central London. The building is lovely, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the staff amazing, there is a great pub on the premisses.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect. West Ealing station is about 100m away and it takes less than 20 minutes to get into the center of London. The room was quiet with bags of character and the breakfast was exceptional.

We had a room with an interleading door, and could hear the guests next door. Occasionally sleep interruption due to hearing other guests entering their rooms etc. One of the beds in our room had a very hard wire in the mattress, making it uncomfortable and disrupting sleep (hence the lower rating on the comfort of the beds.) The 2nd bed was super comfortable, and if the other mattress is replaced the room will be even better.

The staff at reception were always very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, with bagels, pastries, cereals and very generous hot breakfast meals. Service at breakfast was prompt and friendly, thank you to all staff at the hotel. Room was comfortable, spacious enough for our short stay. Bathroom is small but comfortable and had heated towels rails. Big, soft bathroom towels. We missed breakfast due to our early departure, and the staff generously prepared fresh sandwiches and fruit for us to take with as our breakfast. Located 2mins from the Tube and a bus station made for easy access to any location. Safe and clean surrounding area.

The hotel was easy to find from the train station and we enjoyed exploring many areas in London. We especially enjoyed the pub and restaurant area. The food and customer service was excellent.
