Arrived at Victoria train station 1 am and walked to apartment..Bit spooky as a lot of homeless and drug activity in area..empty buildings etc..will be many years for the location to get tidy..

When I arrived I had no internet and the door was closed, there was no one to help me and I didn't get the code for the door, after that I called your service, a girl spoke to me and said she couldn't help me for almost an hour.

It was not in the cute neighborhood but we only had to walk a short distance to get to the tourist sites. I also liked being away from all the tourists in the evenings.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed having the kitchenette to make small meals for ourselves. We also very much appreciated having a washing machine in the room so we could do some laundry after our travels. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was great on some hot nights. I would very much recommend this accommodation to others!

No breakfast and only 1 coffee capsule supplied when we first got into the room. No refilling during our stay. We bought coffee in the supermarket also no refilling of soap or shampoo. No one met us upon arrival and the codes were not sent on time we had to call the office for the codes.

The room is spacious with a nice dining table the tv can be watched from the bed we were on the 6th floor so we could kerp the window open for fresh air its a noise proof windows so the room is quite for sleep.

Possibly due to the connecting room, I could hear a couple speaking from the next room, specifically through the door linking the two rooms.

It would have been good to have an Information Pack - how things work, nearby supermarkets etc. Not everyone knows how to operate an induction hob - I ended up having to learn to operate it from YouTube. I think this is the first place (and I have been to many) where there was no information at all.

Excellent location. Easy to use the door codes for main entry and entry to the room. Comfortable bed. Pleasant, clean room. Clean communal areas.

There were tea and coffee facilities in the room but these were not restocked during our stay. We didn’t specifically ask though and didn’t mind.

The property seems quite new. Our room was spacious and clean on arrival and we were accommodated with early check in and a room upgrade which was appreciated. The room was a deluxe apartment with a comfy sofa, dining table and small kitchen. The bathroom was large with a shower only and good lighting. The room was climate controlled and you could adjust the temp and open a window for ventilation. There is no reception but it was easy to communicate with the staff with access codes provided and luggage lockers available if needed. There is also the ability to wash and dry clothes, a communal lounge, a gym and a roof top. We found the location was good, it was a 20min walk to Monastiraki Square (the main area of Athens) along a main road, with many cafes along the way. Taxis are easy to get from here also. Some other reviews mention a “dodgy area”, but we had no issues - as you come out the building it’s a 30 second walk to the main road, then straight until you reach Monastiraki. The room was refreshed regularly, any staff we saw were friendly.

Very clean and comfortable apartment near the city center with easy access via a digital code. There is a nice gym and shared areas. The expectations were absolutely met with reality.

Nothing lacked for us. However, for more picky travelers the neighborhood could be disturbing, the area has it's vibe (drugs deals in the middle of the day, riot police on every corner, etc.).

It looked like a brand new place, 6-7 floor building with apartments and a nice roof terrace. The location is good, 20 minutes walk to the central part of the city or you can take a metro and ride 1-2 stops. The room had a balcony, small kitchen area (plates, glasses and other dinnerware), well functioning AC and soundproof windows. We did not use that but there was an option to store your luggage before the check-in time.

The room was big , spacious and clean. As you turn right out of the property, and cross the road you arrive at the Archaeological Museum. Also , about a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We arrived really early from the Ferry , and they let us store our Luggage when we arrived at 7am. Very grateful.

I had an exceptional stay at Hestia, a centrally located accommodation in Athens. The room boasted excellent amenities and was very clean. The staff members were not only kind but also incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and accommodating my early arrival. Without a doubt, I would choose Hestia repeatedly in the future
