It is a long way by road from the town. While you can walk along the beach, the last stretch is on a narrow rocky path, which some would find difficult. We attempted to walk from the port with our luggage, ended up getting lost and another hotel took pity on us and gave us a lift there. They offer a shuttle from the port, pay the 10 euro, or hire a car.

The views over the bay are stunning. The room is well furnished and appointed. the shower is excellent and the standard of cleaning high. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Very quiet in the evening. It is a great location if you have hired a car. Not so much if you are only on foot.

Had to cycle up a steep hill to get there, but that was our choice. The walking route is a lot more gradual from the front of the property.

Access to the beach can be a bit difficult, the nearest bus station is at a kind of long walking distance. But the hotel provide transfer indeed and for younger people with no mobility difficultys that shouldn't impact the experience.

The location is wonderful. Close to the port and all facilities. But far enough away from the busyness of the port to be peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful views across the bay. Elizabeth and George are great hosts. Very willing to help with any additional requests.

All was great! The only thing to consider for some people it might be that a property is located on a hill (thanks to that there is amazing view!) but you have to walk little uphill and by car it's quite steep both ways.

It's a lovely property! We had amazing stay and stayed longer than initial plan. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Towels and cosmetics are provided. The view and balcony on 1st floor (second room on the right from reception) was amazing! That room we liked more than on the ground floor (less light), but we booked last minute. Everywhere beds are comfortable and space in the room is great. The owner, Mrs Pipina, is very helpful and kind. We rented a car from her too, it was quick and hassle-free. Cute cat around, mesmerizing view at the sea and marina. We would love to be back!

Hosts at hand on arrival in the reception . I have returned several times to this location as it has wonderful views, it has a charming garden below your balcony and is restorative and peaceful. The night view of the bay is wonderful. It’s run by a brother and sister who are very accommodating, helpful and who smile a lot. For a small fee even my laundry was done.

Our top floor Junior Suite with a sea view and terrace was perfect for our 10 nights on Paros. Comfortable double bed, kitchen with hot plates, a microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, wardrobe, safe, 3 seater lounge chair, TV (Greek channels) and a reasonable sized bathroom. Our room was serviced & had the bins emptied daily which was a nice touch and the bed changed twice. Out side our private terrace had views directly over the bay, a 3 seater & a 2 seater outside couches, a dining table & 4 chairs & a clothes drying rack. Plenty of space inside and out. Livadia is a great sand beach and just below the apartment. For those looking for a bit more there are a couple of beach club style setups renting sun leaners and umbrellas for the day and selling food and drinks. It is across the bay so getting from and back to the port with bags for us required transport which the accommodation arranged, if you are travelling light walking the beach is possible. The walk via the waterfront path to the Supermarket is 1.5km / 20 minutes and to the port & old town 1.75km 23 minutes (without bags). The walk to the property from the port via the road is 2km and has a vertical gain of 37 metres via the beach the vertical gain is 20 metres. We hope to stay again.

We booked this studio apartment when there was a ferry strike and we had to stay an extra night in Paros. We loved the ocean view and it was less than 10 min walk down the hill to a beautiful swimming beach. It was at the end of town but all the restaurants start at the beach and continue one. It had a cute kitchen, was super clean, lovely staff it was a bargain compared to most other places.

Lovely room overlooking the bay. In a peaceful area. Short walk down a path to the beach and beach clubs.Approx 15 min walk to town. Well equipped kitchenette, clean comfy room.Efficient air con but also nice to have the windows open for the breeze. Elizabeth and George are very welcoming.

Perfect location. Stunning views. Very quiet. Very clean . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants just a few minutes walk along the beach. Felt very safe even walking alone at night. Scenic walk to more beautiful beaches around the cliffs . Loved my stay here . I will definitely stay again. It's self catering but if they had a restaurant it would be even harder to leave!! Room no 12 has a beautiful pergola and the light is amazing :)
