Rooms are very small, some of them without closets. All rooms were with separate beds which can be pretty uncomfortable for a couple.

Great breakfast and good service all around the hotel facilities. The rooftop pool is really nice, and the location is great.

The elevators are a bit on the small side and very slow.

The rooftop bar and pool were lovely, but on two days the pool area was too crowded to contain all guests and orders took an hour to be delivered.

Showers were difficult to operate without getting water on the floor. The rooms do not have much storage space for visitors who are making a longer stay. There are plenty of places to add shelves, drawers, but they are not used - room space is wasted, and could be a lot more efficient and comfortable, this applies to wasted space in the bathroom also.

The staff are wonderful and will try to do almost anything to make your stay comfortable. The rooftop garden and restaurant are beautifully designed, the wait staff are fabulous. Breakfast is very generous and a large variety of foods is available. The other hotel restaurants are also very good. The location is very good, with a hop on/hop off bus stop right next to the hotel. There is a large patisserie right around the corner with wonderful pastries and sandwiches as well as little tables out on the sidewalk, or you can do takeout. The staff can make tour reservations for you right there on the spot.

The double bed mattress seemed to be on a smaller base so half the mattress sagged down. Breakfast was ok but not a great range

The staff in the restaurant and swimming pool was not responsive . In fact, I asked for towel at swimming pool and it never came . I had to go back to my room wet and cold . Restaurant food and staff was not up to the mark either . The food quality and quantity could not justify the price . The staff was unfriendly .

the location as really busy outside and there is some things going on in the streets you don’t won’t your family to see

Poor fixtures and fittings in the rooms

Excellent staff, fantastic roof pool and bar. Rooms were a little tired. The underground car park is perfect if you are bringing your own car. Breakfast was satisfactory but not the best, overall a positive stay and would use again.

The elevators are a little slow and during the checkout time, the wait to bring the suitcases down was 10 to 15 minutes.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant was outstanding. In the evening you can see the Acropolis from the bar area. We had a car and the hotel was able to accommodate our parking needs. The walk to the center of the city is approximately 30 minutes.

I think the renovation was a while ago so I don’t understand why it’s still marketed as renovated room.

The staff of this hotel is exceptional! We went for a birthday and they were so helpful and extremely kind to make it special for us. Also great location and amazing views! Perfect spot for a special trip.

For us on this three day vacation nothing could be improved.

The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice catered for everyone's dietary needs plenty of space in the restaurant and sitting outside the views over athens were stunning and seeing the acropolis in the background was a Real bonus.

Power was out when we arrived and they didn’t mention in when we checked in. It didn’t last long but I do think they should have prepared us for that.

Location was great - nice view of Acroplolis at night and easy to get where from The Stanley.

They would not let me order a drink at the bar and bring it back to my seat myself. The only reason I wanted to was because service was ridiculously slow. We ordered cappuccinos that took 30 min to arrive, which was not unique because it took another couple the same time to receive their champagne. Policies should work for the customer, not against them and service could be sped up significantly. I live in Europe and am used to a leisurely pace but this was way beyond that.

Location was within walking distance of major sites, but through a sketchy neighborhood. Rooftop pool was awesome and had a view of the Acropolis.

Everything! This hotel was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy bed. Decent shower. OK maybe bathroom could have been abit bigger but it was fine! Also kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Restaurant at the rooftop pool was great. Fab view of the Acropolis/Parthenon. Lovely rooftop pool and deck chairs. I had breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings and for 12 euros it was good value. Very good selection and pretty tasty as hotel breakfasts go. Good coffee. Around the corner from the entrance is a little outdoor cafe run by the hotel serving savoury and sweet pasties and good coffee for a very reasonable price. And the open-top city sightseeing buses stop almost right at the outdoor cafe. And also metro that takes you direct to Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. Very convenient! (Also ubers are very reasonable, and safe!) Excellent customer service. I will be back!

Bathroom could have been better designed as in the sink space.

The ease of being next to the metro, room size good, ammenities good, pool area exceeded my expectation. Staff very good. Shower was great!
