Very modern, clean and spacious. Parking just in front of the building. Neighbourhood was quiet, but still close enough to the city center. I booked quite late, but I still got the answer in few minutes. Entrance was smooth and easy. Warm recommendation... :-)

It was 5-10min drive from the main areas of Zadar, however we used Uber as our method of travel and it was cheap and fast so the location of the apartments didn’t greatly impact the experience of our trip

The only thing that wasn't 100% clear to me was in relation to the pool that appears in the photos. Is it open access? Is it private to a specific room? We looked for the entrance to the pool, to see the sunset, but we couldn't find it, and so we were in doubt about it.

My husband and I loved our experience at the Villa Queen. Clean, fragrant, well decorated place and easy access to the city's tourist attractions. The accommodations are very comfortable and the price is great. We will certainly come back more often.

The pictures on booking are misleading. Even though the swimming pool is present in almost half of the pictures it is for private use for the apartment only.

Check-in information was very vague.. we were very late arrivals (around midnight). The owner provided us with the door unlock code, but we couldn't find the actual apartment and we were wondering around abit helpless with our luggage. We ended up having to phone the owner (which was awkward at that time of night) to ask for help. The owner happily helped and sent us a photo showing directions to the apartment, which helped us alot. We think it would've been helpful if the owner sent the directions photo prior to arrival, as the taxi had dropped us around the corner. The only other very small point, is a kettle would've been good.

The room with pool was absolutely stunning. Everything was presented lovely too! The Aircon in the bedroom and the pool were much a needed haven in the extreme hot climate. We were pleased we chose this room.

The building is around the corner from the address one would expect - access to building 61 H is actually not in Put Bokanjca, but that was easily sorted on the phone. (Placement of the house is correct on the Booking.com map - Google Maps leads to the neighbour's house.) Entry is stairs only. Parking is terrific, off street. Comfortable bed, spotless and cozy property.

Since this does appear to be a newer establishment, there are of course some points to improve. The first one being the wifi availability in room 3, which was at the bottom floor. We could only get signal at the entry corridor so we had to use up all our mobile data. There weren't any hangers or a balcony to dry our beach towels and swimsuits and the shower could definitely have used a shower curtain. And finally, the lack of a reception, combined with the fact that the property isn't available on Google Maps made us fumble a bit the first time we arrived. The location isn't far from the city center by car but it definitely isn't walkable.

The room was everything you would expect from a hotel like this. Clean, sizeable enough, comfortable beds, clean everything, a fridge, a TV, you name it. The owner, although we didn't see her that much, was also quite friendly. There was also a supermarket nearby which was quite nice.

Amazing apartment, the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in. We had a very good rest. And I didn't believe that the pool could be directly from the room, and it was. A wonderful stay. Very clean and things in aprtments are best quality.

Not a negative of the property at all, but more a formatting issue, is that the address and picture shown on Booking.com is of a small house around 30m from actual property. But a quick call resolved this and i was able to get to the house within a couple of mins If walking to the property from the city centre, you need to walk up to the junction about 20m up from the location shown on booking and then to the newish apartment block on the corner. Feel free to call the host, he was fluent in English and able to give me correct directions.

Great little room with all i needed for my overnight stay. Clean and modern, with a surprisingly soft bed. Great shower, and very secure site in general. Although i only was using it for 1 night, i would feel comfortable staying here for several days in future. On leaving in the morning, was greeted by 2 very small, very happy dogs enjoying the garden space! Very cute!!
